Best Buy is located close to other stores, with lots of parking space and security patrol available. The store is spacious and offers lots of variety with great discounts. Associates are available, helpful, and skilled, providing 5 star customer service. They assist with making the right product choice, explain products in detail, and go above and beyond. Some find the store a bit hard to navigate, and it can feel more like a liquidation store, with some floor models out of stock. However, many report a very seamless experience with exceptional and attentive service.
Nico helped us buy my son’s new laptop and he was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient with us! He explained the differences between various laptops in ways we could easily understand and tried selling us all the bells and whistles at checkout. Thank you so much for your help !
