Dr. Mia Frezzo is strongly not recommended. She is not helpful, compassionate or responsive. Wish she was. Fortunately there are plenty of other vets who are fair and reliable.

100 Stars to Dr. Frezzo and her staff. She's not only our vet, but she's like family to us - and treats us as such. She's been caring for our pets forever, and we'd trust no one more than her. Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable, and genuinely CARES and LOVES animals to the utmost degree. We recommend her to everyone we know that has pets!! Professional and compassionate doctor and staff. The practice is spotless and modern with comfortable waiting areas and patient rooms. Highly recommend based on our recent visit where the doctor went above and beyond to quickly schedule a diagnostic ultrasound for our pup. Dr. Frezzo spent time with us to share the preliminary results, clearly communicated the next steps, and answered all of our questions.

Bad experience with the staff I hope they don't treat people the way they treated me and my dogs. You should look for a place that cares about you dogs (babies) the way you care This people are very cold heart and over price for no reason. That's abusive

Dr. Frezzo and the team at Animal Hospital of Hasbrouck Heights are outstanding! Dr. Frezzo has an integrative approach to treatment that combines both traditional and holistic medicine. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time answering all of my questions. My two pets love her and the team as well! In addition, the team is also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Dr, Rezzo is the best, she takes her time checking your pet and explains everything clearly to you. Also, the front desk person is very polite and friendly. The place is so clean. I highly recommend.

wonderful experience ..I called and they took me on the spot wa told to"come right in" when my cat had a hematoma on his ear!!! my TWO vets that I use turned me away... thank you SO much..very friendly.. hope to deal with them again in the future

Please do not listen to all the negativity. I have a dog that I have been bringing to Dr. Frezzo for years and have never had a problem. Additionally, the Dr. calls and speaks with me directly about my dog and the office always calls to follow-up. How many vets do that?

You are all magnificent. I cannot ask for more than what you already do. You care, communicate, and have years of experience and knowledge that you apply every step of the way. Keep doing it exactly the same way, please! My pup and I are infinitely grateful and happy to be in your care.
