This place is pure gold! staff are so nice food is amazing I slept amazing i would recommend this hotel and if anyone said there was noise in the review I didn’t hear a single peap when I was trying to go to sleep beds are so comfy and the toilets aren’t loud my room was super clean 5 stars easily

I came to this hotel for the first time because of a program. We rented the seminar hall. It is a modern designed and well-maintained hotel. I don't know about the comfort of the rooms, but I saw many pilots. If pilots come, the rooms are also nice :)

I really like this property. Very clean, large room with contemporary furnishings. Duel shower heads and a lighted mirror. I felt very well taken care of.

I planned on visiting this hotel for my birthday however the conversation held with the front desk agent was an immediate turn-off and dissappointment! I will admit the call was at 11:15 at night but to all my questions the young mans response was "i dont have my phone google it" " just goolgle it" , even though he may have not had the answer the aggressive response was rude and unnecessary. Needless to say reservation CANCELLED!

A really nice hotel. Helpful staff, clean rooms and the hotel bar/restaurant is good! Definitely popular with the pilots and airline crews so lots of activity most hours of the day and night

We recently got married in the area and had our room block for family and friends here. The hotel is very nice, clean, and reasonable for those that were traveling from out of town. I want to mention Colleen and Stephanie, who we worked directly with through the process. They were both so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

The room is clean but the towers are smelly. I asked room service to give me new set. They did right away. Room service were very nice.
I didn’t like the service in the restaurant, we had to wait for quite a mount of time to be served. It wasn’t even busy. Didn’t have steak knife, had to ask for it. The food was good but didn’t expect that kind of service in a 4 stars hotel.

I would say that the stay itself the service in the hotel as far as the room goes excellent. This is more about the commentary about the parking lot. We were there for a bowling dinner event and from the 12th floor we noticed that one of the cars was being broken into. We called the front desk and they informed us that they were not responsible which is fine if that's their choice but it's extremely ridiculous that they don't have a security guard in a vehicle just patrolling the lot 24 hours a day. This is an establishment that makes tremendous amount of money and hiring a security company would not cost them too much. This shows that they are cheap and they are not willing to ensure the safety of their guests. So instead of security intervening I and others prevented the robber from breaking into other vehicles. They should be ashamed of themselves for not having proper security on premises. I'm very unhappy with Hilton right now.
Safety: They don't have security in their parking lot and I have heard that this parking lot gets robbed often.
