“The service is great but if you have to call there it's a nightmare. Every time I call, I know I will have to sit on hold for at least 10 minutes. Today I did exactly that but they picked up and hung up on me!! So I had to call and sit on hold again. Very frustrating.”

There were 2 staffs in addition to a nurse in charge, and one of them explained what I was getting (after three previous doses), updated documents and what other vaccines that I should get in near future.Online scheduling was smooth as well, so I will definitely visit here again as I need.”
