I had an amazing experience with Cheryl who went above and beyond with my bank account. The whole team is here to help. Excellent customer service at this location every time I’ve been here. I also would like to mention another bank agent- Vivek who is very kind and professional. Everyone is so welcoming and very helpful! This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff. I am very impressed by their vision, hard work, outstanding performance, and wonferful team-mates. Employees like Cheryl and Vivek are the reasons for customers to leave the establishment happy and satisfied! These employees must be recognized for their hard work and dedication and they deserve a raise for their exceptional service and performance!!!

For the first time in many years working with TDbank and making profits for them, I felt humiliated. I deposit money every week thousands of dollars and today they did not want to receive cash from the company because I refused to give them my social security number. The African American lady is a mess and needs to be trained ASAP. I am considering suing the branch for racial discrimination.

I withdrew from their ATM which can only discharge $50 at most. So went inside to exchange a few $50s to $100 (such as for child gift), but the teller would not do it, even though the ATM charged me $3.50.

I like this place. SERVICE is very friendly, and the food is prepared very well. It's a little pricey, but that's to be expected when you're in East Falls Phila.

So slow through the drive thru. I literally went to withdraw money from my passbook account. The first teller said, "Hi" and I said ,"Hi" and gave her my stuff. I looked away expecting it to be completed. NOPE! She up and disappeared and another teller came by to start withdrawing my money. The second teller was courteous and apologized. I accepted and continued to wait. About 20 to 25 MINUTES later and going through my current teller and maybe the bank manager I finally get my money. (Now I am going to say it was a good chunk of money, so this might have slowed them down but I have never seen people so slow in getting all the bills). They finally pass me back my money that I withdrawed from my account. I take a look in my passbook and noticed it's the old one. I buzzed back and asked if I could get a new passbook and I showed them the last page. They did get me a new one after I prompted for it and after getting a notified that the system won't allow them to print new ones unless prompted. It was literally the last page in the book and nowhere else to print. I shouldn't have prompted for it and I know when I went to other TD banks they usually inquire or just do it if they see the last page filled. After I got my new passbook I take a look to make sure everything was okay just to notice they didn't post any new deposits or withdraws in it. I just accepted it and left. There was no way I would waste additional time there since I had to get back to work.
