Whatever the case is, New Om always has what I'm looking for. Their liquor and beer selection is also great which makes New Om a 1 stop shop for my husband and I. The owners are very welcoming and always open to help us look for something specific or give recommendations. If you are new to the area we recommend you make this your new wines and drinks location. You will not be disappointed!”

They are very knowledgeable in their products and in their services not only are they knowledgeable they are very professional and very respectful with anybody that comes through those doors they do not discriminate, nor do they disregard anybody they don’t look at them as customers rather than as family, they socialize with their customers and they help them out by giving them discounts. Of course if you know them and if they know you well, not only do they sell, but sometimes you can just talk to them and they are very opening. The owner is an amazing person. He’s very humble and very outgoing, there is a gentleman by the name of blue who is very professional and very friendly and is accepting with his customers. His work skills are phenomenal. I do recommend going to this place rather than any other to go buy your products. Love the shops vibez too, they have done a few seasonal functions in the back yard during the summer for new and returning folks. It’s a one stop spot if you’re going out b/w the flower and other merchandise available. I have my dog when I travel; I can come by with my dog since they are pet friendly so it works out great!!! Billy took the time showed me everything I need to know about cigars, from how they are made, developing my pallet, maintaining my humidor, and what to look for when buying.Between Billy and his brothers Gus and Bass, you will not find a more knowledgeable or more helpful tobbocnist.The shop can get very crowded and noisy during the evening, especially when there is an event taking place, but regardless if you are white collar, blue collar or no collar, everyone it's made to feel welcome and on the level..The humidor it's well stocked and maintained. It may not be as huge of a selection as Cigars International, but it's damn near close and you won't find a bad stick at all. If it's in there, they've smoked it, and like it. They also have a fine selection of accessories from lighters, cutters, humidors, and more.Bottom line, best cigar shop in NYC, period.UPDATE: Bass, Billy, and Gus have moved on and sold the shop, but it's still the best cigar store in NYC.”

We drove 2 hours to check out his store, and we’re so glad that we did. I’m a cigar industry guy, and he’s definitely one of the most knowledgeable people that I’ve ever met.
