Worst post office. The lady who works there is rude and miserable. I always have issues mailing packages and end up having to take it to another location (with no issue). I only go here because it’s the closest location but going here is a waste of time. This woman needs to be re-trained or she should find a new job because she lacks any sort of customer service skills.

I recently had the worst experience at the Postal Office in Hasbrouck Heights. The service was incredibly disappointing, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 1:44 PM to send a package to Europe, only to be told that they couldn't help me because they were going on lunch at 2 PM. The employee lied and said there were no labels available at that moment and suggested I return at 3 PM to see if they had any in the back.
This is not the first time I've encountered such terrible service at this office. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. I sincerely hope someone responsible is reading these negative reviews and takes action to make necessary changes. This situation has become unbearable.

Stole the contents from the package - phone and headphones. The package was ripped and retaped when it arrived to it's delivery address. Do not use!!!

Literally the worst service bro nobody will answer the phone EVER so if you need help you have to go speak to the RUDEST WORKERS you will ever encounter if yk they aren’t on their 1-3 pm lunch break! i have packages i NEEED picked up from my home ON TIME just every 1-2 weeks and every single time i have a HUGE issue. either they aren’t getting picked up, aren’t getting shipped out when they HAVE been picked up or are being delivered completely destroyed with no notification of it being damaged. it is literally insane and idk how its allowed

I stopped using this Post Office 15 years ago. Rude workers and unreliable services.If you don't want your mail to get delivered, then this is the place for you.They don't even follow the hours of operation according to the website.That's a Government operation for sure

Never had a problem here until now. Suddenly they don’t accept packages that are being reused unless the old label is covered or taken off. They need to print a new label anyway. They can’t just slap that on top of the old one? The most useless post office ever. Thank god I don’t live here anymore

This USPS site is exceptional. I am grateful for the management and meticulous staff. Coincidentally, I noticed majority of overblown negative reviews originate from Singh’s, Patel’s and Guptah’s. The individuals defaming this USPS site are the same folks that have been purposely sandbagging local businesses, driving them into the ground so they can scoop up respective real estate carcass, raze the building and build up a non inclusive community for their own. Cancel the national spelling bee immediately.

USPS employees are inclusive and kind. They go out of their way to package and accommodate your visit. This is a standard postal office with adequate services. I will be visiting again

All the negative things about reviews here are so true, rude condescending staff, closed when they should be open. The thought process must be if we’re rude enough we won’t have anyone wanting to come in so we can collect our hourly for as little work as possible. You’d think one could manifest their reality by you get what you give. Kindness doesn’t go far here nor is common sense common.
