Terrible phone experience. I have been on the phone with the pharmacy for over 15 minutes and its only 9:40am. I'm trying to transfer a prescription, and the walgreens I went to last night couldn't reach them either.

I take my medicine from many pharmacies for free because of the insurance, but in walgreens I got surprised that I have to pay.Never go back there again.

Out of 3 curbside pickups, they only showed up to deliver to my car once. I had to call them and wait for a while to get my order.

I tried to contact their customer service, but it would not let me submit my complaint. Here we go. Not opening up on time at 7:00 when I am counting on it. Taking other customers ahead of me even though I was clearly on line waiting patiently. Today sent me to the competition down the block... I needed first aid products and could not find the specific item. Three employees were chatting together in a huddle--annoyed that I asked them for help--and the geniuses kept on talking without helping or answering me. I left. I am done with this store. We switched our prescriptions to the competition, too. Worst run drug store I have ever encountered.

They don’t follow the schedule. They close early. Lazy people should find something else to work on if they don’t want to do the work.

My experience with Walgreens on Boulevard was not bad at all. I visited there for vaccinations and it was administered as scheduled, safely and professionally. There were 2 staffs in addition to a nurse in charge, and one of them explained what I was getting (after three previous doses), updated documents and what other vaccines that I should get in near future. Online scheduling was smooth as well, so I will definitely visit here again as I need.

Yall bunch of complaining Karen's this pharmacy always goes beyond what they can do to serve your "addiction" although we're living hard times the staff does what they can to reach the necessities of each (I'm talking about experience because I know the pharmacist). Yet many don't know how to be patients, doctors office constantly messing up as well or in the other end stupid insurance companies always putting a hold on meds. They're here to serve you, but as well many need to know what to do in order to get your refill done properly. So next time have more consideration for those reaching out for your health. Perhaps is the health that was put on jeopardize for self service.

Awful awful Customer Service ... Does any one want to work anymore ? And the attitude that they carry around with them is horrific!! I am in the customer service industry I get it I do .. But I asked a simple question because they have one cashier at 6 pm a long line and another lady was at a register by the photo area I asked do u have another cashier she looked up and replied NO looked back down and dismissed me ... I spend lots of money in there had 140 dollars worth of things put them down and walked out took my business to cvs and I will never step into the Walgreens in Hasbrouck heights again !!!! Horrible horrible horrible service they should be ashamed of them selves!!!

The Staff are nice people. Always really nice. Always also seem to have some problem or issue that prevents me from getting medications. The Staff and website are rarely on the same page. Often have to call pharmacy to confirm every script.This past winter, I was told they couldn't schedule a covid booster in the store. That's fine. Went home, tried to schedule on the Walgreens website, was down. Forgot about it. Tested Covid pos a few days later.When I was cleared to get my booster recently, I scheduled it alright on the website, but then I had to reschedule in person with the pharmacist because there was some kind of problem.When I went to the store, I had to use the website. When I went to the website, I had to talk to a pharmacist in person. The staff are always happy and helpful, the issue seems systemic.Glad I have some time before my flight, I try to always give an extra week for Walgreens.The parking lot is mad max, just park on the street.

Slow slow slow slow slow. Why do we need appointments for shots if you make us wait for the pharmacy to get it together? Why are we filling out long forms for them to not know what we’re here for? People have jobs to get to. It’s very discouraging to get a vaccine with these condition. Do better. The pharmacy staff always seems confused and unaware of what they’re doing. I’ve seen more knowledgeable pharmacists everywhere else so it’s definitely strange.

The pharmacy is the worst there is. They consistently straight up lie about your medications being filled and will send out notifications and calls saying it's filled meanwhile you end up waiting another week. I ended up changing my Pharmacy after a year because I kept going days without my medication. They are a serious disgrace to all they pretend to help/serve.

I always had bad experience with this pharmacy. The employees and pharmacist are very bad workers I find it dangerous to get medication at this location.The past 4 days I was trying to get my prescription medication transferred from CVS to this location it never happened because they couldn’t get it together. It was urgent for me to take the medication it was delayed fir 4 daysI kept on telling them that but problem was never solved. I wind up going somewhere else I will never use this pharmacy again
