“I’m reviewing for my mom. We live out of state and my mom was traveling when her car threw a check engine code for an engine misfire. Stopped first thing Monday morning, and they were gracious enough to take care of her car almost immediately. They were able to get the problem resolved and were reasonable on the pricing. “Let me preface that I did not get my remote start installed at this location— This last week I was having issues with my remote start and called Specialty Auto to see if they could troubleshoot the issue. Lucy asked that I come down so Vinny can check out the car. So happy I did because he was able to find the issue and fixed it immediately. Not only that but guided me through the remote start process via Drone that I wasn’t previously given when initially installed by another company. Great customer service and even more wonderful husband and wife small business. Highly recommend!!”

“I can't comment on Pep Boys locations in general, but the Pep Boys in Haskell NJ is tops. Everybody I've been dealing with at this Pep Boys has always been positive and helpful.
On this occasion I chose to wait at Pep Boys while my vehicle was being serviced. I asked how long the repair would take, and they hit it within minutes of the estimate.

“I have been taking my commercial van and personal cars to Kevin for many years. He is thorough, honest, reliable, and takes pride in his work. For a busy mechanic, to take my call, I was broken down an hour away on a highway on my way to a days worth of customers, receive my towed truck the same morning, bust out the work, and get me back on the road to complete my day so I didnt have to cancel my day.... All the while, setting aside whatever he had been working on. Says alot..done that more than once.
