“Well let me start by saying I'm from Alabama and hate that I can't pick this place up and take it with me . From the service ,presentation, to the quality it's top tier. I had a burger from Cj's burgers (one of the best burgers I have ever had) also my husband and I shared a family meal with the whole chicken, ribs, seasoned vegetables, and roasted potatoes. My oh my you talking bout good eating the meat texture and flavor was superb and artistically prepared. New Jersey is blessed to have this jewel in their city.....thanks for such a great experience ? You can visit their website to see their quality selection call them place the order and pick it up sometimes the same day or within 24 hrs call before 2pm. The meats are not on display as they cater to mostly wholesale delivery.

“Fossil Farms catered our wedding this month and did a phenomenal job! Our wedding was held outside at a private residence on Lake Hopatcong and ensuring the offsite catering (both the food and service) ran smoothly was critical for this plated, sit down event of 130 people. Ben and Liz worked with us through all the details leading up to the event and did an awesome job the day of. Our guests loved the creative passed hors d'oeuvres (Gazpacho Shooter, Bison Steak Tartare etc.) during cocktail hour. Big thanks to Ben, Liz and the entire Fossil Farms team for helping to make our day special and memorable.”

“They have a great deli and hot prepared food. It's a good place to stop by and grab a few fruits and other foods. I especially like the cold/prepared food they have there like the pot pies and the empanadas so I recommend those.”
“We worked around the area & I honestly wish I worked around there everyday. Best Sandwiches In The Area. The Love & Dedication was felt when you opened it. My Coworkers walked over to get their own after seeing mine. Mangiare! I ordered the Italian Sausage & Peppers and it was made to order. UFFF!”

“Good food and large selection, but grabbing food with barehand? I don’t care if you are Italian or from mars, in 2023 people use plastic or paper. Fast service depending on the time and the amount of employees that day. Overall is a great place to get custom or handmade food. The place is well maintained and clean. I would def recommend it.”
