“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! “My wife, Dianne, and I were customers of a very large, very popular corporate pharmacy, but for a matter of discretion, I'll only use their initials: CVS...To reach a pharmacist, it would often take at least 10 minutes, if- if- I could get through via their automated system. It kept cutting-out, and I kept getting a very unnerving number of "Sorry!" Every time I called back, I ran into the same road block...Recently, CVS gave me the option of updating their app, which I did. Although it loaded quickly, I was no longer a customer, just my wife, so I couldn't check on my Rxs...Their updated app indicated my wife had a Rx that was ready for pick up or delivery. The next day when I went to order it, it was no longer in the app...So, I finally reached the pharmacist who told me it was ordered on 12/25/23, but neither picked up nor delivered, so it went back into inventory, and I needed to contact Dianne's doctor so he could re-prescribe. When I called the doctor, my wife needed an appointment to make the pharmacy change. That seemed odd, but that's his policy...Long-story-short, which is only said when a story's already too long, I contacted Hometown Pharmacy and in literally a matter of minutes, Mr. Mustafa (spelling) and his team had all my dilemmas resolved. I was on the phone for countless hours with anyone I could reach at (800) SHOP-CVS, and no one could help me.......And check this out, not only does Hometown Phamacy have free delivery (CVS does not), but their prices are less. One would think that a high-volume corporation would have lower prices...The bottom line is very simple. If you need a pharmacy who cares, Hometown is a must. ...And when you call them, someone will answer the phone and politely- and knowledgeably-help you...Respectfully submitted,Barry Goldberg”

“I’ve had an amazing first time experience with Belmont Pharmacy. I was in search of medication difficult to locate. Belmont had it in stock! The pharmacist went the extra mile to handle the prescription transfer and was able to secure a coupon to bring the medication down to $0! Dealing with the big pharmacy chains have continued to be problematic & they are dismissive towards their customers. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with a pharmacist (Amir) who was patient and provided updates on the prescription status. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They have ample parking and offer a variety of health/medical related items.”

“I live the stock. I love the pharmacists. But when I went in recently I was really uncomfortable to see customers and a pharmacist not wearing masks properly. With numbers of cases going up in New Jersey this kind of business seems the perfect place to educate customers on proper mask wearing using signs and requesting they cover their noses. Not many retail centers have the resources to enforce the policy, so the only way to change people's behavior is through information, explicit signage on how to wear a mask, modeling proper behavior, and requesting people do the right thing. I saw none of this today. I hope my review prompts some changes so that everyone stays safe and we can flatten the curve. I know people who have gotten covid and will have lifelong problems because of it - it is really hard to see how little people care, they could prevent more people getting hurt and they choose to wear their masks wrong? Personally, I am immunocompromised, and so i am grateful the pharmacy delivers. But until this pandemic is really over, I wish that they could do a little more, a sign showing how to wear a mask over your nose, for example, that would keep everyone safe.”

“We started going to Kressaty’s after Shippees closed. Like the local pharmacies rather than the chains. They know who you are and are always pleasant. Also have free delivery, which is a bonus!”
