From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, efficiency, and genuine helpfulness. The employees here are engaged, empathetic, and truly supportive. Whether you’re mailing a package, asking questions about forms, or just trying to figure out the best shipping option, they take the time to guide you without ever making you feel rushed or like an inconvenience.
It’s clear that the team at this post office takes pride in their work and in serving their community. Their positive attitude and professionalism turn what could be a mundane or stressful errand into something smooth and surprisingly pleasant.

Great service most of the time, but Monday's he is off and the two replacements hate their life. They are rude, busy smoking, and constantly have a bad attitude. Avoid going here Mondays at all costs.

friendly and pleasant service. However after shipping packages several times and being informed every time that what i saw was available as an option on the website was not, i now go to a location where they appear to know more about the services that are actually available.

Poor customer service. A lady with glasses was very rude. There was an old lady in front of me who probably didn't even know much about first class mail and she asked a question. instead of nicely telling her that she has no tracking number the lady said it to her so loud and rude. I felt so bad. If you're miserable and don't like working with people why are you even there? ..

They have been the friendliest and most professional staff around for many years. I have lived in other so called 'friendlier parts' of the country, but nothing matches HPO. Aside from the great service and friendly demeanor, the mail seems to get there faster when sent from the 'magic' outdoor mailbox' on the corner outside the Post Office. Kudo's also to the hard working home delivery carriers and drivers.
