I absolutely LOVE Abbey Carpet and Flooring! I needed to have a very small bedroom redone; Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, they helped save me a fortune compared to other stores that I received quotes from regarding my flooring. The quality of the carpet is wonderful, and the contractors installed the carpet within just days of me making the purchase. The carpet installation came out absolutely PERFECT and was completed in such a short amount of time!!!Glenn the owner was a pleasure to have worked with on this protect. Wonderful experience!! Quick, and beautiful work. Installers were so nice and cleaned up after they were done. added bonus, they left extra carpet and a nice rug to match.

Look no where else...Glenn and the team are a first class experience. Helpful, knowledgeable, hospitable, and very attentive. They helped us with a carpet for a concrete floor and their recommendation was great. And when we had a very upsetting issue with a pet, they were there to bail us out and went above and beyond to help us fix it. I would recommend Abbey to anyone with a need for flooring. Abbeys managed our full expectations so gracefully! I stepped in there about 2 yrs ago chose a floor but it took a while for us to be ready to do the install bc it required a lot of logistics of furniture movement,Glenn assured me their was nothing to worry about and he was right! Their contractor Dennis was amazing! When I ordered the floor it arrived quickly and Glenn was instrumental through the entire process! They did job quickly and as neat as possible, our floors look so good! We absolutely love it! Abbeys /Glenn thank you for making my Dream floors come true! Btw they also sell great rugs and carpets and will cut them to size I love their wide selection !

The two floors that were made new in my house look beautiful. I was helped from beginning to end. The suggestions also saved me money. The staff really try to help you make the best decision possible and stay within your budget. The installers were on time and so polite. Everything was left clean. No mistakes made. What a pleasure it was to have such good experience with an improvement project. I will be a returning customer.

I had a wonderful experience working with this business and Chris. Chris is a pro. He arrives on time, very personable and professional. My upstairs and downstairs were done timely and the wood flooring was simply gorgeous throughout. I strongly recommend this business for your flooring needs.

The entire process was absolutely seamless…the lines of communication were always open, there was never a time when my call was not taken. The entire process from visiting the store through installation was a pleasure! All questions asked were promptly answered professionally, the installers were just as professional. I would not hesitate recommending Abbey carpet!

Had a great experience with Abbey Carpet from start to finish. The showroom has tons of samples to choose from (& a little play section to keep your kids happy!) the salesperson was helpful, friendly and patient. The carpet arrived within 2/3 weeks of ordering and installed quickly. Overall we are very pleased and would use them again!

My entire experience with Abbey carpet was just great. Michelle gave excellent sales assistance to help select a runner for my stairs. I took home samples which made selection easy. Dwayne came and expertly measured the stairs. The installers came and did a great job and left everything clean and vacuumed. I would absolutely recommend Abbey Carpet and Floor.

Bottom Line: I'd definitely use them again. They have a decent selection and excellent customer service. When you phone them, you get to speak to a human who is happy to assist you. That's so rare these days! We recently used them twice: The 1st time was to install a relatively small carpet strip in our back hallway and closets. The 2nd time was about 2 months later, when we decided we wanted the same exact everything (carpet & underlayments) for our living room, foyer, stairs, and upstairs hallway. They took care of everything! They come to measure and install. Abbey made getting our new carpets as painless as possible. Also, we're very satisfied with the new carpeting. If you'd rather patronize a small business than a big chain store, this is the one!

Excellent experience with Abbey Carpet & Flooring! Unfortunately, the initial vinyl plank floor would not come clean regardless of how many times it was hand washed. After working with Abbey and the floor manufacturer it was determined that the floor had a manufacturing defect. The manufacturer agreed to replace the entire flooring and cost of the labor to remove and replace the defective floor. I am so thankful that I used a local company with decades of experience rather then a big box store. The response to the problem was amazing. Glen from Abbey was always responsive to my text or call. The installers did an excellent job replacing and installing the new floor. The new flooring looks great and there was no problem cleaning it.

We just installed hardwood floors in our family room and couldn't be happier with the results and the wonderful experience with Glenn. Excellent selection of products, accurate estimate, on-time and professional installation, kept my house house clean throughout the 3 days they were here and fair pricing. Really couldn't ask for anything else. Wish all of our projects went like this! You're in good hands if you use them.
