Very fun and knowledgeable community, very calm and patient instructors. They do Gi and no Gi as well as Striking classes. There are new people as well as experienced ones, highly recommend.
What I also like is that gym never gets too crowded, if you are fan of smaller groups.

I am in my early 30s and I was looking for a fun way to work on my cardio and learn a new skill. Ive been a member for about 4 months now and I have been lovin the classes.The instructors and staff are all awesome, super easy to get along with and extremely helpful.See ya on the mats!
