“I highly recommend The Village Timekeeper! After being told by two other shops that there were no options, my clock was completely repaired. I even questioned that the price was too low since it did not reflect the base pendulum adjustment, two new batteries or the several minute phone conversation on battery changing and suggestions on how to maintain the longevity of the clock. I expressed that I was more than happy to compensate him for his time, but Paul refused. He knew that this was a sentimental piece and that I would have paid anything to fully restore it, but this is clearly a trustworthy establishment with an exceptionally skilled technician. Thank you so much!!”

“Can’t think of a nicer guy in a business like this. The owner Nick helped me out tremendously for a bunch of things I needed and kept recommending more to really complete my trip. Prices are incredibly fair and if you talk to Nick you’ll get a couple cool stories from him as well. I’ve already recommended this store to friends and family who I’ll most likely join if they head over here. I highly recommend anyone looking to go to a thrift store to come here first before anywhere else.”

I bought a pair of prescription glasses from the 50s and within about 10 minutes of owning them, they broke! Because I’m a far distance from the store, she gave me a full refund through Paypal and didn’t even ask me to bring them back. The most charming place!!”

“This shop has a lovely selection of antique and vintage items. I found just what I had been looking for and the price was very fair. The person who was at the shop (Jerry?) was a bit grumpy lol. So don't expect a lot of help when you go there. I guess it was nice that at least I didn't feel like I was being pushed into buying something.”
“I have dealt with Matthew a few times. I’ve had the occasion to sell items and jewelry at fair prices. I had Matthew come to my father in laws house after his passing and he looked through old jewelry and other antiques. Although he wasn’t interest he did show me some pieces of vintage gold jewelry that were mixed in with costume jewelry and gave me prices on some items to sell. He was an honest person who helped out with his knowledge. I recently went back and sold some items and also got a beautiful ring for my wife. The experience is always pleasant. I’ll continue going back. Highly recommended.”
“I had arranged with the cool owner of this vintage store that primarily sells vinyl records, to pick up a turntable I had bought online. As it turned out on that fateful visit, I ended up staying for a while and left the store with heaps of record albums in different music genres. I’ll definitely be back!”

Not only did Bergen Vintage have these pieces, they had many other pieces that helped fit the vibe we wanted. It was a pleasure coming here to see the items and find what we wanted. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back !! Thank you Bergen Vintage.”
“I am very pleased with the treatment I received at Maywood Antiques. They are both friendly and professional and gave me excellent value for my merchandise. I highly recommend them!”
“This place is absolutely incredible. I think I could spend 8 hours in here and not see everything. I was shocked at how big the space is, what a hidden treasure. I went in on a Saturday and it was a little busy but that's normal. The gentlemen working were two of the nicest guys I have ever met, which makes me want to shop here all the time. They were so kind with every customer. Once it was my turn, not only did one of the gentlemen wrap each one of my purchases in paper then boxed them, but when I got home I realized he also removed the tags, saving me that chore. I will be back - often.”
