And stepping into a clean welcoming service desk, Hilda the owner‘s wife greeted me with such a warm smile and friendly approach. My car was quickly processed as I sat comfortably in the reception waiting room. My car was processed quickly and after leaving my thoughts were that I just have a very pleasant experience .??”

“The most honest and trustworthy mechanic. Very nice guy. Sam greeted us as soon as we entered his parking lot. He checked out our car and gave us an estimate fairly quickly. Nissan was overcharging us, especially for things we didn’t really need to get done. Sam only advise to fix what was needed to get the car running properly and gave us reasonable pricing.”

“Bob's tires!!! I've been going here since before I started driving (I'm 50 now) eith my Dad back when he was in his old Paterson location. Bob's prices are amazing, service is incredible, and dudes are all alright. I have never had an issue with them after all of these years and if I did, they fixed it immediately. Honestly, I miss seeing Bob around the place, but it's great to see his family taking over and rocking it. I suggest appointments since they're real busy but they'll try and help if they can. If not? Make an appointment for the next day. To all of the guys at Bob's and Bob himself...thank you for all you have done and keep on doing!”

“Great guys. I showed up there without an appointment, on a bind with old oil and a plug other mechanics couldn't remove, and got quite discouraged by the number of cars on the line to he serviced. When I told the manager my family needed my car that same day, he found a way to fit ne in their schedule and in a few hours it was ready. They're great guys who care about the customer. Furthermore, the quality of the services is overall great and they won't try to force unneeded repairs on you.”
