“Recently, I decided to fill up my car at this service station and while there, I turned my car off and when my tank was full, my car would not start. I went inside to ask if anyone could help. Santander came right over. I explained that I was leaving the following morning for a road trip and needed the car. He said it was no problem and that he would stay late if needed to help me. He told me that he would be done by 6:30 or 7 pm. In fact, he was done by 3:30 or 4 pm. He fixed the car with genuine parts and it works beautifully. Santander was so kind, so helpful, had reasonable prices, and fixed my car immediately. I am so grateful, and do recommend this service station!”

I had an emergency on Saturday morning and while calling around and not getting help from any other local repair shop, I called Goffle Auto and spoke to Sam. From the start I recognized that I am dealing with a very knowledgeable and highly professional mechanic. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and offered to help despite having a short and busy day. I immediately brought the car over and Sam was able to quickly find the problem and immediately order the necessary OEM part while at the same time coming up with a satisfactory temporary solution, eventually resolving the issue permanently within a few days. “Bob's tires!!! I've been going here since before I started driving (I'm 50 now) eith my Dad back when he was in his old Paterson location. Bob's prices are amazing, service is incredible, and dudes are all alright. I have never had an issue with them after all of these years and if I did, they fixed it immediately. Honestly, I miss seeing Bob around the place, but it's great to see his family taking over and rocking it. I suggest appointments since they're real busy but they'll try and help if they can. If not? Make an appointment for the next day. To all of the guys at Bob's and Bob himself...thank you for all you have done and keep on doing!”
