“I have been going to Hawthorne Auto Lab for over 20 years and always had a wonderful experience. We miss Don, but the new owner is as wonderful. He is extremely friendly and honest and the team was incredibly nice from the moment I walked in. They got everything done quickly and the pricing was very fair. It is rare to find an auto repair shop that is this reliable and transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted place for their vehicle needs.”
“Great experience all around! Natalie(Nat) and Christian were both fantastic—courteous, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. Nat especially made the whole visit enjoyable and was great to talk to while everything was being taken care of. Christian did a great job as well and kept everything moving smoothly.
Samantha was apparently underneath the car most of the time, so I didn’t get much of a chance to meet her 😂, but I’m sure she did a great job too!
Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made a routine oil change a surprisingly pleasant experience. Definitely appreciate the whole team—especially Nat!”
