4th and final time. Twice, they cut the cuticle way too low. This time, the bleeding in the corner of my finger will not stop. It bled the entire time she tried to do my nails no matter how much she wiped it or tried to use antiseptic. Aside from the cut, my nails were not filed properly and the nail polish did not reach the corners. I can't do this again. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun experience. I've walked away cut and traumatized one too many times. I don't even want to go to another nail salon. I'm completely put off.

I have had many pedicures and have yet to have one done that leave cuts on my toes as this recent pedicure did. At one point the drill used to take the gel off, drilled the side of my toe and it burnt and caused the reflex for me to pull my foot away and the entire machine pulled in to the water. No apologies for the rough pedicure, only worry about the machine. 4 out of 5 toes on one foot have cuts. I am extremely disappointed with this. Management was nice but oblivious to the care of me or the machine in the water. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The ladies who do the manicure and pedicure are exceptional.
The problem is Gina, the owner. She is very pushy, unprofessional, she wants the ladies to finish your pedicure and manicure within 15 minutes. She keeps saying yes to every customer to come in regarless how many customers are already waiting. Olga, Dominga, Jessi, Eva good job ladies! But you gotta you for a better employer. Gina is overwing and underpaying you.

I went to do my nails i was attended to right away i showed an inspiration pictures my nails are not straight or filed down they were bumpy and uneven and not square. They curved over when I asked for short square nails. I was cut my the lady and my middle finger cuticle began bleeding. They charged me 50$. The worst nails I ever had. I told them I didn’t like how they came out so tech filed it down and cut it short. it looked a bit better but the nails are still uneven and don’t reach my cuticle there is a gap it’s like I have had these for weeks. I was going to ask for my refund but I had already been there for hours, I will not be coming back. I would give a one star if i could.

Love their pedicures!They always have me feeling relaxed and satisfied with their work. I especially love that they are gentle with people who are diabetic as my mom is diabetic and they really know who to handle her with care. I highly recommend!!

I have to agree with Giovanna. I was a steady customer, but after a while, even with appointments made for Jessy, i would have to wait quite a bit then not get Jessy. What really annoyed me is hearing the woman next to me, who was with Jessy, say that she hadn't been in years yet the owner made Jessy go to her. Ingrid did me instead and she's great too but i had a specific appointment. They do great work and are reasonably priced but don't become a regular.

Recently I had aterrible pedicure there.!! Tech was asked or signaled mip3 times to either stop or do the scrub more Gently, but she did Not!! When she was finished, I asked for a bandaid at which time she replied Why, it's not bleeding...did not get her name but she was Asian...My 1 heel bothered me for 2 days afterward. I followed up with a routine manicure from a Spanish tech from which I had no problems. I had been to this salon before & had no such problems or complaints. It's definitely a no frills place. But that was assumed to be why the prices were slightly lower than most.....Services: Pedicure

The girls are nice but the owner gets comfortable when you become a customer. I have been going to them for a few years now, but she will have you wait to take other customers. Not a good practice for good customer service! Kind of looking to go elsewhere!
