WORST BANK AND WORST 'ALLEGED' MANAGER. I never heard of a manager not providing their name, so I do not believe that she was the manager but if she was it does that say much for this branch. Respect to customers were clearly not trained. She was NO HELP AT ALL!!! I will be going to this bank and close out my accounts which are several. I just opened an account with Columbia on Lafayette Avenue- what a difference in attitudes and knowledge.

The Branch Manager was extremely condescending, every time I tried to ask why they couldn’t provide me (the client) a service, she kept interrupting me and repeating my full name incorrectly, as if I were her child. I asked for her name (since she had every bit of my information from my bank acct) and she said “she did not feel comfortable giving her name”, even though she said I could come into the branch to resolve my issue, where I would then meet her in person? The whole conversation made zero sense as she was the most unhelpful and unprofessional branch manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I have accounts with citi and BOA and have never ever been treated with such malice . I’m writing this to warn other customers to bank with any other chase branch. If you have any issue, they will outright refuse to resolve it.

The ATM at this location is always down and it takes over an hour to be able to use it. It also takes for ever to do anything. This place need an update desperately!

Slowest Chase Bank I've been too. 1 ATM machine. And then it's positioned where everyone can see your information. Will not be back and don't recommend anyone going unless you want to wait for a long time on line.

I have an hour and half waiting for my turn with a banker , and when it’s my turn that it was only to confirm my identity the banker told me that another client have an appointment and that she need to take her first . I’m fine with that that’s perfect but why is this bank is reciving a considering amount of client only have one banker working and 2 cashier .. they have at this moment a huge line for cashier and 3 people waiting for just one banker . And just now the banker told one of the cashier that she can take care of me because another appointment is coming and that she feel sorry . Una hora y media acá para esto .

We all deserve to work but having a manager in one of these places who doesn't know how to deal with a situation is simply depressing. The Latin cashiers are a 10 but the rest, with all due respect, are in the wrong place.

Really 1 start is to much they deserve 0 start ! Worst location ever don't matter what time you go the ATM are always out of service literal when two days on a road and ATM out of service never fails changing banks just because of these problem And the ATM is so slowssss that you start to feel bad for the person behind waiting ? need to dk better . I been with chase my Whole life but is time to let go chase .

ATM returned deposit had to use bank teller,who took care of it.

The atm machines never work properly. They never accept cash deposits and or the screen simply isn’t on or bugged out. Never had an issue at any other chase only this location
