The atm machines never work properly. They never accept cash deposits and or the screen simply isn’t on or bugged out. Never had an issue at any other chase only this location

I find them Slow. Inattentive. Make frequent mistakes counting money. When I complain to the manager his response was - everyone makes mistakes.The company I work for is finally starting to switch to a different country wide bank.

Worst location ever. I have been to many chase banks with friends and family and decided to open one here. Worst mistake of my life. I attempted to go 15 minutes before closing for the past 2 weeks in a row falling in Wednesday; as that is the day I get paid. Victor Vasquez, although the branch manager, has no respect for people with disabilities. He told me to go to his competitor. I am disappointed as I wanted a chase account as it would have been easy for me at college but now I don't ever seen me or my friends ever doing anything there. Not ever notary services. I hope this place gets its just deserts pertaining to karma.

This Chase is full of condescending customer service reps who talk down to you as if you are a child. Meanwhile I have more banking experience than the two kids with their smug attitudes combined. Will be finding another Chase to do business with.

I literarily came in 15min before they closed, all I wanted to do was open a checking account. They denied me and said I couldn’t be helped. That is a process that literarily takes minutes to do, HORRIBLE customer service.

The tellers make up their own policies in regards to chase. When she brought up it is in the disclosures of the account I asked for them to provide me such a policy; they were unable to do as such. Wonder what's going on here?

Wow, shockingly the branch manager was right in my face defending their rude cashier while not maintaining a 6 feet social distance. The cashier, some tall white guy (probably sitting at the wrong desk labeled ‘Adriana’) stamped my check as “Cancelled” when the appropriate protocol was to temporarily void the check which I gave my wife to cash. He then tells my wife to “Move aside for the next customer” as if she’s a some kind of thief, instead of explaining the circumstance. 0 stars if I could.

Very disappointed in this branch. Im on the otherside of the country from california due to the covid pandemic. But even with providing two forms of ID and an annoying series of questions to verify who i am, i was denied a cashiers check. The manager Victor was ZERO help. This didn't feel like it was even about my account security but and excuse to refuse service. Ill be there today to close my account and will be taking my business to Wellsfargo. How dare you deny me access to MY money.
