Excellent food and excellent service but the place gets very busy at times and the place is a bit small. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

We've been dining here for over 30 years. The family is so dedicated to their business. Enza's is a local treasure.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp. I'd suggest going early if you're using a wheelchair. The restaurant is small, but accomodating.

We went on a rainy Saturday. Santo, the chef, was there alone. He served 3 of us by himself and was wonderfully pleasant and engaging. The food was excellent. It's now on our list of local go-to places.

I used to enjoy Enza’s for many years but their prices have gone off the charts ! I was there with a friend last night and we shared a small Caesar salad (for one) and we each had a plate of pasta …that’s it…and the bill was over $50 so with tip over $60…no appetizers, dessert or coffee that’s ridiculous! I understand that prices have had to go up but for what we had that was a bit much..Regrettably I won’t be going back anytime soon…

Best old world Italian restaurant and food on the market. Also a little unknown secret to most, this place has Hawthorne’s absolute BEST PIZZA IN TOWN! Order and pick it up! You will not be disappointed ?

Sorry to say that this was my last time at enza in hawthorne. Price of food goes up and quality goes down. H ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. There was barely a tablespoon of sauce on pasta. Owner gives women smaller portions of chicken than men...Lastly, it was very humid and they didn't run ac....not pleasant dining experience . Tab for 2 people was 100 plus.

I ordered sole for dinner to go, along with baked ziti with sausage. The girl who answered said they did not have sole, but they had salmon. I ordered it, and a Caesar Salad with dressing on the side. When I called at 5 and she said it would be ready in 1/2 hour and my partner got there at 5:30. After waiting for some obvious problem, the girl finally said that they didn't have salmon, but she never called to let us know, even though they asked for my name and phone number when I called to place the order. She then said that they do have the sole, which I originally ordered. My partner then waited for 25 minutes for the order to be placed correctly, and made. The older gentleman came out from the kitchen, and was seemingly irritated and short with my partner! As he waited for the order to be cooked, no one offered a drink of water, or a cup of coffee or anything. He paid the full price for what turned out to be a a frustrating experience, for a very mediocre meal, and then still made the Caesar loaded with the dressing I asked for on the side. We were dissatisfied to say the least.I think an apology and an expectation of courtesy was not too much to ask.
