WARNING - THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL! Very arrogant and think they never sell failing plumbing components. I purchased an aftermarket shower pressure valve from them and it caused my water pressure to significantly drop. I picked up an American Standard OEM from the Home Depot and replaced it to resolve the problem and it proved that their valve was defective. When I went to return it, they didn't want to hear it and suggested that I deal with the manufacturer instead. Making it my headache was their solution! Businesses like this have no consideration for their customers and should be put out of business. Next step for me to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

Completely useless, far from “experts”. If you are going for actual plumbing expertise in selecting a faucet go elsewhere. Despite my very clear and specifically articulated description of what I was looking for, the staff made no attempt to genuinely try to assist. The staff clearly either lacked the required expertise or were simply too lazy to put in any effort to listen and make a recommendation. Would have preferred to support this local business. Instead, I did my own research online and made my $2k purchase online.

Super friendly and helpful service. Had an issue with a piece from Kohler that they meant to ship to Hawthorne. They made a mistake on their end but Brian from the front desk was AWESOME and was able to borrow from some other items they had in stock to get me what i needed. Saved me two extra trips and a nasty phone call to Kohler. Thanks Brian!

Handed the attendant a diverter so he wouldn’t make a mistake with parts that I was trying to purchase gave me the wrong one even having the part in of him to compare it to I took to the gig it didn’t match the original and the guy that sold it to me said once opened they wouldn’t take back
