Tom was honest and helpful even before he did the work on my car. I was waiting to get it fixed and to hold me over, he took the initiative of pulling out the driver's side door so it could swing open and put the side view mirror back on after being damaged in an accident. He did this for free. Very generous and honest. I would highly recommend bringing your business to him,

the owners old a** "body guard" assaulted me!!! do not go here! they tried to hold my car hostage, lied multiple times about releasing my car, hung up on my insurance adjuster to forcefully keep my car an entire weekend and bleed my insurance company dry. when my tow truck driver got there the owner tom pretended he had no idea who i was & refused to give him my keys i had to come back to the shop. i took my keys after being told my car was "verbally released" & was assaulted moments later. i had to call hawthorne police... 4 police showed up & the owner tom changed his story real quick. the old man with long white hair that assaulted me ran when the police showed up. i intend to press charges & advise the owner not to bill me or my insurance a dime unless he wants a lawsuit.
