I worked primarily with Christy and she was terrific. She was responsive, proactive, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She advised the smart combination of semi-custom and custom cabinetry for my kitchen, mudroom, and laundry room and when I threw her a couple curve balls, asking for features Home Supply had never installed before, she very gamely researched and specified them exactly right. Additionally, the Home Supply installation team was top notch. They were personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They brought a few issues to my attention and were clear in explaining my options so I could make the most informed decision about how to proceed. I would highly recommend the team at Home Supply and will absolutely use them again for my next home renovation.

Charlie had a vision to transform our kitchen from a small enclosed space to a modern, open space. The main item I wanted was a larger kitchen island where people could more easily congregate - they were able to create that for us. He and Christy were a pleasure to work with, and we have a beautiful new kitchen to enjoy.

The best decision my husband and I made when constructing our new home was hiring Home Supply for our kitchen, windows, doors, and hardware.
Charlie, the owner and kitchen designer, designed a stunning kitchen plan. He seamlessly integrated my tricky design requests while suggesting many functional and aesthetically appealing elements. His installation team was equally impressive. They completed their work with precision and respect for our home, even following up to ensure every cabinet and drawer functioned perfectly and every seam was sealed. The ultimate compliment is this: it is pure joy to cook in this kitchen.
Bill, the owner of the window and door department, was consistently accessible and professional, ensuring the entire project ran smoothly from start to finish. His team, headed by Riley, proved to be an invaluable asset. Patient and knowledgeable, he guided us through the overwhelming hardware choices and diligently worked with us throughout the entire construction process to guarantee proper installation of all windows, doors, and hardware.
John, along with Carlos and the entire installation team, was a first-rate, highly skilled, and efficient group of installers. They also completed their work with precision and respect for our home, ensuring every door and window operated properly and every door knob and hinged were aligned.
The immediate admiration our friends and family express for our kitchen and windows upon entering our home is a powerful testament to the exceptional workmanship of Home Supply Kitchen Millwork and Lumber.

We had the absolute pleasure in working with Home Supply on designing our beautiful new kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Charlie and Christy were truly amazing throughout the entire process. They spent countless hours in meetings, phone calls, and emails perfecting every detail with us. Patiently walking us through each step and answering all of our questions (even the ones we asked more than once!).
Their expertise and guidance were invaluable. Charlie and Christy’s friendly personalities coupled with their attention to detail made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The dynamic duo struck the perfect balance between listening to our vision and offering thoughtful suggestions to elevate the final design.
They are fair in pricing and didn’t push us in the more expensive direction. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, our kitchen turned out perfectly. Their guidance allowed the kitchen’s end result to combine our desired traditional feel with selectively chosen modern highlights. We’re very grateful to have worked with such a professional, kind, and talented team. We highly recommend Home Supply. In fact if you don’t use Home Supply you are making a mistake.

I recently purchased semi-custom kitchen cabinets from Home Supply, and honestly, given the amount I spent on the project, I should’ve just gone to Ikea—at least there you can easily find any missing parts yourself.
From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one—we couldn’t even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to “just give it a good yank.” After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working.
It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues.
Overall, Home Supply’s service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Charlie, Christy and team are terrific. From my experience this year, they know how to design, they listen well, make great cabinets (both custom and semi-custom), have a deep bench of experienced installers. Perhaps most importantly, they were super responsive to emails/calls/issues throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough.

A complete kitchen, bathroom and laundry room 6 years ago have lasted beautifully. Charlie and the team did great job budgeting, designing and installing the project.
2nd project for new front door was adversely affected by Covid but not their fault. Bll Dunn hhaned the project personally. Worth the time, wait and money. Beautiful project.

This review is strictly based on working with the design team there. Met with Mark to go through my expectations and needs for our kitchen renovation. It only took him one visit at our home to put the plans together. When I came into the showroom to meet with him, I was blown away. He literally took all my ideas and was able to put it down on paper using the existing footprint of our kitchen. He has an eye and this was an effortless approach. For a small fee, I can purchase the plans or use their cabinets and products, and it will be built into the price.

We are very happy with the entire process of replacing our front door. The showroom in Hawthorne has a wide selection, and Garry was very helpful in narrowing down the selection. He came out to measure and you could tell he knew his business. Once ordered, they kept us apprised of the projected installation dates. The installer, Victor, was outstanding. Very neat and thorough. We highly recommend.

We are very happy with our new front door. Garry Sweetman explained the differences in various doors in their showroom and guided us to our selection. He came out and measured, and kept us apprised of each step in the process. Victor, the installer, was amazing. I highly recommend.

We used Home Supply for our recent kitchen renovation and Charlie did our plans. We have high ceilings and not a lot of natural light in the kitchen so it was rather difficult to get it all to work and look nice. Install was an amazing process with loads of boxes and Pete dedicated to get everything to work properly. We think we got a very nice and functional kitchen as we love to cook and can't wait to get in and use it.

I went in looking for a new front door and hardware. George, who works there, helped me look , showing me different doors, styles and colors and features of the doors. We then looked at locks and handles. He was very knowledgeable and I was extremely pleased.

They are inundated and cannot provide customer service or viable schedules. There were issues at every step: Kitchen cabinet delivery date changed after my old kitchen was demo'ed, leaving me with a shelled kitchen and no progress for a full month. When cabinets were delivered, there were pieces missing. When a piece arrived damaged, I waited a full 10 weeks for replacement and had to constantly nag for updates as the delivery dates blew by. If you must use, accept dates promised as a rough estimate. Staff is really nice but seemingly underwater.
