When getting a quote for 4 TPMS sensor install quoted “over $800” citing over $100 per sensor and $330 for labor (Go google what 4 TPMS sensors cost). Decided to just get wheels balanced and charged $240 which is double industry standard. Wheels still have vibrations from “tire wobbles” which the dealership said can’t be fixed but tires don’t need to replaced. Tech apparently noticed this while working on my wheels but didn’t want to mention anything until I asked about the vibrations.

Purchased a 2012 Volvo XC90R in Jan and had it shipped to my home. When I drove it to work the next day, the Check Engine Light came on. My wife and I just purchased our second Volvo from Paul's. We had the true pleasure of working with Fred Hammond and he could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more professional. Our entire experience was exceptional and we will definitely be returning to Paul's for our service needs as well as future vehicle purchases. They helped me with a problem when no one would see me. It turned out to be just a glitch in the system. But other places would have had me waiting for days over a quick fix and have me worrying that I am driving an unsafe car in the process. Mike is wonderful and so are all their people. Exceptional! Took my volvo here for routine maintenance, big mistake.Please BEWARE before taking your car here. Their mechanics made a lot of mistakes and did a very sloppy job on the work, in addition to upselling you and will tell you your car needs repairs it doesn't so that their business can make more money.Took weeks to get in touch with the owner Paul Junior about the issues I was having with my car. When I finally got a chance to speak with him, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and deceitful. Blaming me and gaslighting me for the new issues my car had and wasn't even willing to work with me on the issue. They just denied, denied, denied.I learned my lesson and and was left with a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with this place it took me a while to even write this review.Please think twice before taking your vehicle to Paul's Volvo because if they did this to me, it could easily be done to you.

I have been going to Paul’s Motors for over 10 years! Thank goodness I found them! No corporate BS. They have the best Mechanics (especially Eric) and the owners Paul and Diane are wonderful people.
