Called late on a Saturday night in the midst of a downsize move. The rep was outgoing, friendly, professional, and helpful. Told me about Memorial Day sale still available on June 1. Rented a unit four minutes from new residence.

When my mother passed away, having had a unit with Public Storage for about 20 years, I was looking elsewhere due to the cost. Robin was able to secure a great deal for me and my family was lucky to save on movers to go from one storage facility to another. If you need a storage unit, go see Robin! She's great.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. We've had a horrible experience with Public Storage. We need to keep a storage unit for our small business and this has by far been our worst experience. We are getting out as soon as possible. First, they get you in with an introductory rate that went up within 4 months. We've now been there 15 months and it is 50% more a month than when we started. The unit itself on Goffle Road in Hawthorne, NJ is dark and getting access in inconvenient. There need to be consumer protections. Storage companies' ability to use monthly leases that are tied to market value is a racket.
