Products are garbage. Bought exhaust components and keyfobs etc. The bluetooth keyfobs came cracked in half. The exhaust valve butterfly flaps were too big so they scraped everytime they'd open and close so your valves have to remain partially opened until you find someone to grind down the metal. The electrical wiring supplied with the exhaust kits is garbage. Wired it up according to the instructions and the valves opened and closed once and that was that. Rest of time you have to manually open or close. Save yourself money and buy $20 electronically controlled exhaust valve kits on ebay. The ebay brand was 1/4 the price of QTP and has worked ever since. QTP rips off the customer with overly priced products and supplying horribly crafted materials and no quality control. Buyer beware.

What a joke is that company.20% restocking fee for non open items if they will let you return it. Good luck scammers with your defective equipment! And don't forget to call me Karen in the reply lol.

The reply to this review will tell you everything you need to know about how this company treats customers. Condisending and argumentive to say the least... I've never had such a back and forth, he said she said, you're always wrong, type of customer service interaction. Don't expect to have an easy, kind and understanding interaction when you have a problem with their products. Over such a simple matter, disgusting customer service, I've been to many places over my years, have had many products fail to work or brake, and I've gotten way nicer and better service, I'm appalled.

Screamers twintronic mufflers on a 68 Camaro SS with an LS3. One of the mufflers had a messy porous weld along the seam like they ran out of gas on one muffler which is why they lost a star, but it’s not visible and doesn’t leak. Even with both tips dumping right from the back, the noise difference is PERFECT. It goes from smooth healthy v8 to bears fighting with the push of the remotes. Recommendations for electronics are add a splitter to allow use of switch AND remotes. Also adding a limit switch for fully open or closed on motors would allow for way more controllability. It would also be nice to know they are fully open or closed, not just listen for the motors struggling against the stops. Customer service was on point too. They answered the phone and answered my questions quickly. Super pleased and so is my customer. And boy do they look sweet too ? Look for the video of this car on IG/FB for noise comparison @itsbuiltbyben

Fantastic customer service! They pick up the phone right away with no automated answering. The QTEC33 low profile cutout sounds amazing on my car and is defiantly a more affordable and reliable option than other exhaust cutout companies or other full exhaust systems. They also manufacture full cat-back systems for certain vehicles. They have a product for everyone whether you are on a budget or looking to completely change up your exhaust.

Purchased a wireless controller for my cutouts and it lasted a whole 4 months. Controller was mounted in the console and the car was only driven a handful of times. Was told there is only a 90 warranty. You’d think for the price it’d last longer than 4 months!

I didn’t hate this place. This is a real account from a customer. Your customer service needs adjustment. After reviewing other customer’s comments on several platforms, this still stands true. The product looks great, and shows up very fast, and is extremely easy to install as advertised. When issues arise, I think I speak for everyone who has had a problem we’d appreciate it if you would avoid the passive avoidance to fix the problem. Additionally, I do not know your qualifications as a merchant. Maybe avoid insulting intelligence through text message style emails and you could build a little more rapport with your customer base.

I decided to go with QTP exhaust cutout because I had heard good things about the quality of product.

Shipped the wrong item to me and then expected me to pay the shipping to return. When I objected, they advised me not to ever purchase anything from their company again and if I disputed the charge with my credit card company they would hit my credit card with a restocking fee. Believe me, not a problem with ever ordering from them again. Worst customer service skills I've ever encountered.

My reccomendation? Actually stand behind their products. I was hoping the rumors where wrong but unfortunately they are not. They make an inferior product that it prone to failing. I will not reccomend anyone use their product because of this.

Have had problems with my cut out three times now! Company will not help or back there product. Was told they were moving facilities and when they got set up they would replace my actuator. That was a lie! This company SHOULD back there product and NOT lie to the customer

Design flaws on there screamer mufflers 90 degree butt joints.the tig welds will crack over time starting with a tiny little crack and grow to be a large crack in no time do to verberation. They proudly claim made in the USA and only back that by a 90 warranty that I must of missed. My 2016 camaro is supercharged butt all stock besides that. I wouldn’t recommend them because all I am is out over 1400 dollars on there axle back exhaust system. Robert Mendenhall

I’ve been using one of quick times cut outs for almost 2.5 years. I needed a few parts last year so I decided to take the 45 minutes drive down to the store, I was very happy I did. It was everything I hoped, they were making and shipping everything in the same building, all the products were out in the showroom to see and hold. I asked them for parts and they gave me a new one! Awesome people. I’m changing my set-up and may need a low-profile model, time for a drive! Thanks QTP.
