Bank tellers Jennifer, Angela, Valerie and manager Miguel and the rest of the staff are super friendly and courteous every time I visit to make my work deposits.

I will be closing out my accounts tomorrow with them. After what happened today, got there early before my appt. Was waiting 10 mins already, for Marleni. Then the branch manager Miguel had an appt come in and he was still with someone else, he got marleni and had her take them, even though I was already there for a scheduled appt with her. Then she couldn’t get me until 15 mins after my appt was suppose to start. All in all wasting 35-40 mins of my day for nothing. If they can’t respect a long time clients time who has multiple accounts, then they are not who I want to be banking with at all.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years I work near by and I needed to go to the closest wf bank near me and I wish I never went to this Hawthorne branch I walked into the bank at 4:33pm 10/5/22 i needed a simple transfer done and it was 1 customer in the entire bank and 2 tellers the rude tellers both told me they can not help me that I would need to drive to the Paterson branch is said excuse me I drove to this branch and all the banks close at 5pm why do I need to go to another bank for a simple transfer I spoke to a nice manager name Miguel that helped me and that is why this bank received a 1 star the manager was very kind nice and understanding I wish I would of taken the rude tellers name but I did not have time for that run the other way this branch need to give a customer service training class asap or close this branch down what a horrible experience. If you are not Spanish do not go to this branch you are not welcome there.

Worst bank ever. Not helpful at all. And their corporate is the worst. Been over a month and still haven’t heard back ‘ I suggest people bank elsewhere.

Fastest bank in this area aside from Friday's otherwise they are great!

Would be nice if the manager helped out. Only 2 tellers working an a manager just walking back and forth saying hello to everyone. I mean its nice to greet people but I'd rather not have to wait 15 minutes to cash a check
