My Drum kit is here. I rent a room to play at the BESTEST of places hands down. Atmosphere is like a museum. Beautiful location

I’ve been coming here to get my Les Paul setup for a few years now. I have to tell you the level of detail and love John puts into my guitar I know I won’t find anywhere else. He knows my playing style and knows exactly how to setup the guitar tailored to that. Not only is the the guitar setup perfectly but he buffed all of the frets and polished the whole guitar even cleaner then when I first bought it. In the end you won’t get a better job done for the money. Craig - Drift into Back Days in the Abyss

This place is over priced and a joke. Their so called "foundation" only helps kids who the owner knows or is friends with their family. It doesn't matter if you need help paying for lessons. In fact I would not be surprised to learn that he pockets all the foundations money and just uses it as a tax write off!! In fact I know 1st hand that he does use it as a tax write off for his own gain. The recording studio is abysmal because the building constantly creaks and you end up with a ton of background noise in your songs. The person he has mastering the songs has no clue what they are doing. You're better off buying protools, a condenser mic, and doing it yourself. It would be cheaper that way too.

It was an absolute honor to play, perform and record in such a fine establishment. This place is absolutely amazing! John and Mike are all A's. It's like rock and roll Disneyland.

I was taking my nephew here for the longest time for his guitar lessons. Got a substitute named Enzo I believe? NEVER AGAIN. Showed up stumbling and smelling of alcohol!! Disgusted and ashamed. I’m disappointed and will be taking my nephew to the place in Middletown.

I have been taking guitar lessons with Mr. John for 6 months, my kids did the week long summer camp, and my husband also joined us at the Christmas party. We all have a great experience at Absolute Music! Personally, I really appreciate John's patience, friendliness, and humor during my lessons.

I'm a born and raised Hazlet girl so I've had absolute music come to my schools when I was younger for carrer day and similar assemblies! I have been playing my uke for almost two years now and have completely fell in love with it. I was so upset when my uke broke, but I brought it to absolute music and John fixed it within two hours of me dropping it off and he wrote a nice little note wishing me a great summer! He fixed it free of charge out of the goodness of his heart and I really appreciate it! Great place with good people working there!
