Mark S., the manager was SO very helpful with exchanging the wrong headlight purchased for my car, he was very quick and efficient! Definitely will return to this store for future needs! Thank you again!

We just went in for a headlight bulb. Noah rang us up, manager on duty went above and beyond for us by coming out and installing it for us. I dont know his name but im assuming he was a manager by his excellent service skills. Workers like him are rare these days ?

It wasn't bad, Gilroy helped me with the issue I was having. She could have been alittle more knowledgeable on cars in general but she was nice.

i went in to by car soap when i went to the check out counter i was disrespected by the male cashier. very rude and obnoxious... i will never give them by business again

I went into Auto zone in Hazlet instead of the one Middletown, & again greeted by Isabella who I must say is extremely customer oriented! She not only got the item I needed in a flash, but helped with assembling it under the hood, & one thing I could tell you it wasn't easy! I had to get a wrench! She made my day! This is the second time she has helped me! I know this young lady deserves a raise, because she works hard for the money! Auto zone is very lucky to have Isabella work there! I would give her many more stars but they only have a choice of 5! Thanks again for making me a happy customer! Sorangel

I bought a battery at auto zone #1124 i had 2 yr warranty. When i purchased it; the batt wasnt put on my Auto zone account at check out.I tried to get a reading from same store and the reading came backAs Cracking health : FAILRESERVE CAPACITY: N.Ahe immediately said i need a new battery its no good trying to sell me a new one. I ask him what did these things mean and he explained. I further ask if its that bad how can my car start with no crank health from the meaning he gave me..I started it up with my remote start and ask him can he redo test. Bc it seemed in accurate as if his toll needs to be calibrated or something..He press a couple buttons to reset and does another test this one comes back as a pass but now reserve CAPACITY is poor.Had him a bit confused with different results he goes and says do u have a warranty i told him yes he checks battery and confirms i doHe take me inside for ab 30mins to tell me it wasn't purchase under your name we can switch it but all in same breath trying to still sell me a battery for 130 plus dollars with 25 dollar core deductible. All bc there staff didnt do their do diligence on following store policy asking for customer info to put purchase on account . Ps. And the time was 430pm est when i cam for test .His print out from his test tool has a time of 10.57p after the 3mins i ask for retest.Wish the manager james would have handled this situation in good faith with the warranty he confirmed i hadAnd not continue to try and sell me a battery..

Great experience there... the moment i walked in, clueless, Joan, the awesome associate, helped me with all my needs (i could not even describe it clearly, yet she figured them out quickly)... And she even showed me how to do it, empowering me .. thank you, Joan!

Rude and nasty. Not helpful. I've never been in a place that doesn't ask if they can help you. After waiting 10 minutes in line the girl told me I'm not commercial she can't help me go stand in the other line.

This store is a joke. Called to get parts I needed they supposedly had to get them from their hub store in East Brunswick,so yeah fine I understand that but even though they are supposed to call customers when their parts come in they couldn't take the time to actually do their job and call me the first time I dealt with them. Just last week I had to call again for a different part and after doing my own research I knew Hazlet would have to get it from East Brunswick, even gave them the part number as I had looked it up myself. Was assured it would be there in the morning by 8:30 or 9 am. Never came in and never got a call to let me know either way despite leaving my contact information. I would highly recommend that if anyone needs something for their car go to Advance, Rock Auto or even Napa pay the extra money anywhere but AutoZone. Quality of parts are also poor just like the customer service.

I came here on Tuesday 5/23 to get new wiper blades. The woman that was there helped me install them but must've not installed them correctly because the left blade almost came off while I was driving. I attempted to put the blade back into place but it seemed like the clip wasn't holding the blade down securely. Yesterday driving home from work, the same blade almost came off again.So today Saturday 5/27 I went back to ask if I can have them replace the one blade because it isn't secure and I'm nervous to drive with that on there. The woman Isabella was by the book - asked me if I kept the receipt or the box and I admit I should have but she didn't seem to want to help at first. I asked her if there was somebody else I could speak to and she said "They're just gonna tell you the same thing". She also insisted that "I was just gonna have to buy another blade". So I asked her if she could compare both blades because the one seems broken. She couldn't figure out either how to get the clip on so she went back inside and there was a gentleman inside that helped get the clip on securely and fixed the issue.I ultimately got what I needed so I'm leaving 5 stars -- but Isabella is not very good with customer service. Maybe by corporate standards, I don't know. I probably won't be coming back to this location though. Doesn't seem like their staff really know what they're doing.
