We’ve been banking at this location since it was Commerce Bank, long before TD took over. While the original staff has moved on over the years, the current team at the TD Bank branch is consistently professional, courteous, and helpful.
Something I think many people overlook is that banks set the rules and procedures—not the employees. The staff is simply doing their job enforcing policies that everyone has to follow. Banking today is very different than it used to be—you can’t just walk in, pull out large sums of cash, or expect to skip the line because you’re in a rush. If you have questions, ask them to explain the process so you can be prepared next time.
Every time I’m in this branch, I see the staff doing their best to help everyone fairly and respectfully. A lot of negative reviews seem to come from people who are frustrated by being inconvenienced, not by poor service.
