Went downhill with new owners. I never had a problem cashing in lottery tickets. Now I get told they don’t have enough money in the drawer to give me. They shouldn’t have a lottery machine. They weren’t friendly either.

Avoid this place!! Distributor or staff mixing bottles. If you buy expensive liquor make sure you check what's inside of the box. Paid $163.12 for 2 bottles and didn`t received what I paid for. Be aware! P.S.Owner really rude! As per him it was never happen before so thats why I might change the bottle myself. Poor customer service!

An hour ago I bought Veuve Clicquot Rose ($79.99 per bottle) for my wife as a gift at Bethany Wine & Liquors, 3160 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730. Wrong bottle (As per Google $25.99) was inside of the box, realized it only at home. I went to exchange it however owner rudely denied it. As per him I changed the bottle on my own. Very negative experience. Stay away from this store or at list make sure to check what is inside of the box before you making a purchase.

Try to avoid this place. Bought a bottle as a gift instead of what I paid for was a cheaper bottle in the box. Went back to claim the issue and exchange the bottle. Owner was completely disrespectful and denied the exchange. As per owner I did exchange the bottle on my own.

Be careful before you purchase expensive liquor. Wrong bottles might be in the box. As cashier to check or scan the bottle. Very negative experience!
