Horrible. 2 people in front of me........20 minutes it took. 1 girl was doing nothing for 15 minutes then decided to open another register.

The lines be long and customers waiting while cashiers are there talking with the customer that's cashing out about things that have nothing to do with their purchase, while nothing is wrong to talk with a customer yall be talking and giggling way too much and way too long while moving as slow as a senior citizen while other customers are standing in line waiting like set up a play date if you guys need to be talking and giggling that long while other people stand there waiting to cash so unprofessional. NOTICE THATS WHY YOU GUYS BE FINDING BASKET AN CARTS WITH STUFF LEFT AT THE LINE BECAUSE PEOPLE BE WALKING OUT BECAUSE OF THIS CHIT CHATTING, IVE SEEN IT AND IVE ALSO WALKED OUT BECAUSE OF IT MORE THAN TWICE BEFORE..

My daughter visited the Burlington store in Middletown, New Jersey this afternoon. She said that when she went to the bathroom, it was worse than a gas station bathroom. There were flies everywhere, toilet paper all over the floor and all over the toilet seats and it stunk so bad she couldn’t even use the facility. Somebody needs to check on bathrooms.

If there were 0 stars that's what I would give this store. This is the third time I have the same issue with my family discount. First of all the cashier Donnak is super rude! Seems like she's never in a good mood at least the few times I've been there it's always her and she's always in a bad mood. She said herself she didn't know what the policy was so she called over another employee who as well was rude saying that she was not going to take the family discount. She said I needed to have the employed family member associate number which of course I did have and when I gave her the information she still said she was not going to accept the discount and that I was no longer to use it. It is my daughter's employee discount and even though I did mention that to the cashiers they still said they didn't know the policy and when I told them I would call corporate to find out she laughed in my face and said corporate would not give me any information. I used to enjoy shopping there but the night shift cashiers are always rude and moody.

Enjoy shopping at Burlington. Prices are great. Only problem I had was the clothes sizes weren't in right order.
