Not recommended at all. The initial rate is just a promotion or better said a SCAM. Why a scam? They don't let you extend your rental until it get close to its end so the staff will trick you to wait to get the longest extension possible saying the price will be the same, until you will be to close to the end and they will DOUBLE your monthly payment claiming that is what the system says and not being able to do anything about it. Shameless staff interaction and very dark practices from this company.

Great experience booking with Extra Space. Set up was easy and informative—spoke with Shiv on the phone and he gave me a ton of information up front. Super nice guy. He clearly wants customers to know exactly what they’re getting into, before they sign the lease. Looking forward to storing my items here.

The place was very clean and accessible. John was very helpful and thorough explaining all the information needed. He walked us to the unit and was very nice and made my mother in law feel welcome and comfortable with this place.
