Went in to trade an Xbox and choose Venmo as the payout. My Venmo was locked unfortunately and couldn’t receive money at all. When I went in to speak about the situation the manager tried saying there’s nothing he can do about it. The only thing they could do is email corporate and when corporate emails them I can get my money. I don’t think you should offer a service you’re not educated on handling and I think it’s pretty absurd because of an accident I have to wait this long to be paid. I’ve gone to the store multiple times and they have no update on when I will be paid out.

reinaldo was more than amazing. he gave great service, helped me choose the right game, and even came to my house and helped me set it up. i offered him to stay for dinner, but he said he had to get back to the store and continue being great.

Worst GameStop I've ever been too. Wanted to trade in by Xbox to get the new one. Saw online that they had the new one, so I called to check, and ask some questions regarding trade in requirements. I called three times, no answer each time. Had no choice so I just went. They ended up having none in stock.... AND the answers about my question regarding requirements would have saved me the trouble of coming in anyway. Got told to drive 20 minutes to old bridge. Don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and just go to old bridge.

Had a negative experience going to this Gamestop on 7/27, that I frequented for years and even applied to work for as a teenager. The clerk William talked in a condescending and rude tone of voice when I was simply trying to trade in some games. One of the games I was looking to trade as well he would not accept because “the game was not in their system.” Called a neighboring Gamestop after and they accepted the game with no problems. Not a bad location just had a bad experience with the clerk unfortunately

Don't go here. The worker makes up their own rules about the $5 monthly coupons. Terrible employee.
