“I am not technically a Relentless member, but I would be if I lived closer! I am Coach Alyssa's Aunt and want to share how much she helped me. I have been having severe shoulder pain with limited range of motion for many months. I could barely lift anything or even put my arm into the sleeve of my jacket without difficulty. As an RN for over 30 years, my body has had a lot of wear and tear, and I figured this was something I would just have to deal with. Of course, as a nurse, I am the worst patient! Anyways, Coach Alyssa saw I was having difficulty, listened to my symptoms, and gave me a few simple exercises and stretches to do. I have been doing them and am SO happy to say my pain is much lessened and my range of motion is much improved! I really can't thank her enough!
