The Hazlet Home Depot is more than just a hardware store; it offers tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials to the Hazlet, NJ community. Customers appreciate the helpful and kind staff, with many mentioning positive experiences, particularly with a staff member who provided support during a stressful time. While some customers have noticed changes in the store layout that resemble competitors, the overall customer service remains excellent. Despite a perceived decrease in staff availability for assistance, many customers still frequent this location, often leaving with a smile. Renting equipment, like carpet cleaners, has been a smooth experience, further solidifying the store's reputation in the area.
The staff is awesome and for the most part really knowledgeable. Helped me a lot with many projects.
