“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. This is truly a family owned business you can trust with outstanding customer service. I came in to fix a very frail necklace and it was fixed within the expected time range. Make a long story short there was a mix up, which now I believe could have been on my side. They were absolutely amazing and ensured I felt comfortable with the options provided to resolve my issue. I’m in customer service so I truly understand what it takes to provide the level of service they did. I actually went back and purchased a necklace I didn’t need from them lol. Thanks guys, I’m sorry I didn’t write this review sooner (not that you asked but it’s overdue).”
