I have had many experiences with Amber and every time I go in to Leslie’s she is always so helpful!! Been coming to this location for all my pool needs. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.
Shout-out to the manager onsite today, Amber B. She was handling the closing rush herself, and was very polite, professional and helpful to all customers despite the busy crowd.

This place is the worst do not shop there ordered a part never told me that I’ll pick it up by certain time so they sold the part and then they couldn’t refund my money at the store had to do all the work myself on the phone and when I did it on the phone to customer service turns out the store never deleted the part do not shop this placegave

I'm trying out a better winter cover this year, the cheaper one isn't lasting 2 years with an 8 year warranty.Also,the floaty thing with the closing kit stays on top of the water under the cover.... How does it move around with the weight of the cover on it plus the snow and rain?

Had to get my pool water tested, and it was very close to their closing time. I called ahead and asked if it would be okay arriving at closing, and they said it was perfectly fine and to come in. Very happy, many businesses would just tell you no, but the staff here went above and beyond. Recommend.

This is my go to pool store . I love it. Amber is smart and knowledgeable. No matter how busy they are, she always has the time to answer my questions and give me great service.She is the best ! I recommend this location to everyone in the Middletown area.

If I could give this store, and in particular Amber, 100 stars, I would.I was quoted by a local pool store $2,800 for a salt system, + $145/hour labor (with no estimate of how long it would take) + $495 for their electrician to come out if needed, plus tax. It seemed high. (and yes, the store I will not name knows my pool, the size, and have been out to service my DE filter)I called Leslie's, where I normally go for water testing, and spoke to Amber. She patiently spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, and just to make sure, I went in with photos of my setup. I bought the cell system she recommended from the Leslie's website for $1,449 +tax, it was delivered in two business days. (price was the same all across the internet) The technician was able to come out four business days after my store visit/the day I purchased the system.Her cost estimate for labor was spot on, and mentioned I may need a check valve (based on the photos) and gave me a price - spot on once again with price and needing it. She also let me know there may be a material charge if they need to adjust something on the spot and what that would be.The technician (Joe) just left - everything she recommended was correct. Joe was very kind and knowledgeable, and was even ok with my golden retriever coming out to meet him.I cannot thank Amber enough for her expert knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and STELLAR customer service.Leslie's customer for life.

Awesome place to get your pool supplies. Been going here for years. This year we converted the pool over to saltwater! It's a bit different in terms of care and maintenance, but definitely worth doing. And Leslie's has all the saltwater system supplies you'll need.

Stopped by real quick today to get some information on a new pool. I see a lot of people have complained about service before but I can say Bobby (if I remember correctly) was very nice and very helpful.
