Purchased a container of Dearborn potato salad today. Their food used to be very good. Apparently all Shop Rite took is the Dearborn name. Someone forgot step #1, cook the potatoes! They were actually CRUNCHY! The dressing was runny. Worst potato salad ever. Could not eat beyond one forkful.

They give me the wrong meds and do not explain the side effects. One time, no one there, during regular hours.i have had many problems, since using them! They call and call, when they have meds waiting, after I say something to them. No one cares or hears!

Shoprite of Hazlet has the best salad bar and prepared food section around. I live in South Jersey and work in Aberdeen and neither one of those towns shoprites can compare to the cleanliness, always prepared on time and customer service. I told all the people today behind the food prep counter how great of a job they do daily. We all need to feel valued at the workplace and I'm thankful for always having an excellent lunch at the Hazlet Shoprite salad bar. great work

This is regarding Wakefern in particular NOT Hazlet ShopRite Since the app was updated my sessions on it have been "ended " every month forcing me to go through the sign in process each time. This is quite annoying & happens when I I try to use the digital coupons. Are they trying to discourage customers from using these coupons or is something wrong with their updated app? It is very frustrating.

God forbid you need customer service on ShopRite's 1 800 phone number! It will take you 3-4 minutes to get into the proper cue due to all of the the pre recorded message options (including we continue to experience high call volume), then you go to holding while the music plays. Eventually the voice will tell you there are 12 calls ahead of you. Then you hand up and try again later or another day. I have been trying for several weeks and give up. I have a refund due and the cashier (followed by the courtesy counter help) tells me due to a system change awhile back, they have no ability to look up the date and amount of my credit, but a long time ago as they used to be able to. The only way now is to call home office, find someone and get a pin, which I can then tell a cashier to unlock my credit. But as stated about, you can never get through to customer service. They need more help there and even then help that can address the issue. We shop at both the Middletown store and the Hazlet store; this complaint is about the 1 800 Shoprite phone/home office help. PS, just tried again, after six minutes of being on hold after the initial four minutes of prompts, I get "there are 13 calls ahead of you", this being my fifth time trying and hanging up. Solution: allow the cashiers to get access and apply my credit to my check out order - something they used to be able to do.

I never shop at this store, but stopped on my way home over the weekend. I was charged twice for 2 plastic chairs and a tomato plant. I stood outside for 30 with no manager coming out to talk to me. There was an issue with the chip readers in the whole store and the cashier said that the manager told her that register 14 showed not transaction going thru, so they would never be posted to my account. Well here I am 4 days later over charged $200 as both these transactions posted. Shame on you Shoprite as I hear this is an ongoing problem with this particular store.

I just started to go there but they are very helpful and polite. The always have my scripts ready and if there is a problem they do whatever they can to fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.

Terrible experience. Doctor specified brand names on my rx and when I go to fill it they keep messing up repeatedly everytime I get a refill. Very unapologetic about it to. How difficult is it to read instructions
