Corey saved my a$$, big time! I sent two poster foam boards that I need for a big presentation to the Sea Girt Staples at 8:15 Wednesday night. I immediately called them to explain that I needed to pick them up by 4pm the next day (the website said 8pm). The woman at the sea girt store told me to call back in the morning to let them know I needed it earlier than 8. When I called the next day at 8:30 AM the lady who I spoke to told me that there was no way she could guarantee it by 4 because it was a time consuming item. I begged and pleaded with her and offered to pay a rush fee and she just said sorry, can’t guarantee anything. Being that my work presentation to the town was at 6 I couldn’t take the chance. I suddenly remembered that the last time I used the Hazlet staples for a print projects they were super helpful so on a Hail Mary I gave it a shot and called them. I spoke to Corey who couldn’t have been more understanding or pleasant. He assured me they could have it ready for pickup by 4 (disclosure: there was a rush fee but I was happy to pay it as long as I could get my boards before 4) Additionally, once it was ready he even took the extra step to call us directly to let us know it was done. 10 out of 10 recommend this store for all your print and marketing needs. Thank you so much Corey! (Side note: when I called back sea girt to cancel the order I spoke to the same woman who I had just spoken to 5 minutes before and she told me she already started on my project and it’d be ready by 1. Unbelievable! I told her to throw it out because she refused to guarantee it’d be ready when I spoke to her earlier so I was using hazlet staples instead. So annoying because I would have been happy to use sea girt if they would have just told me it’d be ready on time instead of being difficult)

The young guy that helped me was patient and knowledgeable. He also alerted me to the app and getting a percentage of my ink purchase went to my staples app as money to spend on store. He even waited while I ran out to my car to get my phone!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Place sucks, staff is incompetent, and they clearly don't want to make money.

Steven who works here helped me from start to finish with a very important work project. I realized when I got home that something got cut off. My husband went back for me because I was on a time crunch and Steven came to the rescue. He was very helpful to my husband as well and gave us great customer service. We need more Steven's in the retail world!

I had to make some copies of this & I didn’t know how to get the information out of my phone but I didn’t know how to,the associates/ employee’s were very helpful. They taught me how to do it and then actually just did it for me. It was a big relief having someone right there to help me ✂️?️?

Corey in the print department went above and beyond to make my prints happen even when he didn’t have to! His customer service is by far amazing and I am truly grateful for people like him in the world who are eager to help others. The world needs more people like Corey! This is the best staples hands down!

The print and copy center gets zero stars if I could give them that. Ignorant and rude couple of guys that work there now during the day. Daughter drew a poster and they said they can’t print it because in their opinion it’s in the likeness of whoever was in his mind. Last few times went in there’s an issue with them. It’s ok if they are following rules but their rudeness should be out of how they deal with their customers. Staples corporate would most certainly object to their rudeness!!

The Print Department at this Staples are the most incompetent employees you'll ever encounter at a print shop, and it doesn't help that they don't even look like they want to be there. They have difficulties fulfilling and finding orders in their barren space and the customer service is piss poor. Every other employee I have encountered not in the Print Department has been wonderful.
