I went to the Hazlet store on a Saturday afternoon, purchased a new one . All went well the process was smooth rep was very nice. Later that night i went home and proceeded to charge my device and was getting an error message "Liquid detected" and could not charge.. i know i had not gotten any liquid of any kind i had just purchased the phone the same day and haven't even gotten to use it much yet. The very next day i went back to the store to get the issue resolved I assumed they would replace my device since this was defective. The sales rep could not replace my device. He called tmobile on the phone they told him to do a buyers remorse so i can return the phone and purchase a new one but he proceeded to tell me he could not do that for me. He told me my best best was to go to Apple store and they would replace it that there was nothing more they can do. I went. Apple told me they could not help me and that the store was responsible at this time the store was closed by now i called Tmobile on the phone and they also told me that the store should of took it back . Long story short NOONE could help me i had to go through the insurance company and pay a 99$ deductible to get a replacement which is refurbished. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous . I just purchased a brand new phone and was sold a defective one and they could not help me.i was just out of luck. Nice. This is very frustrating considering how expensive these devices are and i had to put more money for something that was not my fault at all. Poor service T-Mobile.

The place is located in the North side of 35, go past the Costco and pay attention to the entrance.It's a typical store, go in, sign in and wait.It was black Friday and I needed to set up my phone. Quick story, two years ago my very expensive smart phone died. So I bought a $90 Motorola. It was great. I "upgraded" to a Revvl 6pro 5g, something like that and it's fantastic. Anyway, I'm not bright and couldn't set up my phone.The place was mobbed and I wish I brought food. A T Mobile representative told me to please be patient. I called my wife to see if food could be delivered to the store. The guy called me up, they had about 12 representatives on the floor and in five minutes I was out.No hard selling. Guy was like this phone's great, you will love it (I do). I like the place and never had a bad experience. My daughter who is in her 20s loves it too.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in to upgrade my iPhone I tried the Middletown location which is my go to but unfortunately they didn’t have the phone and I’m inpatient and wanted it that day so I said let me just try Hazlet and see what they have. When I got there they were busy which is understandable but instead of saying bare with us sorry for the wait etc… the manager I believe it was said to another employee “more customers this doesn’t end” and from then on I sorta felt unwelcome. I stayed because I already was there and saw no point in leaving so now I was telling the young man which phone I wanted and how Middletown didn’t have it so I just wanted to check them. And the manager came over and basically told me to leave because I had come from the Middletown store. He said “you went to Middletown first you should go back there” then after I said they didn’t have it and I wanted to it today he said “sometimes you can’t get what you want” ARE YOU KIDDING??!! The entire staff there was pretty rude to me and made it as if I came from enemy territory and I really didn’t like the atmosphere there. You’d think the worst part of it was that I never got my upgrade but it wasn’t. After that whole situation they told me we can’t upgrade you but we can change your plan to a better rate (which after looking into it the go5G plan he wanted to put me on would’ve raised my bill $50) and tried selling me a watch. The people at that store are money hungry seemed to have little to no knowledge on what they sell and extremely rude. I will NEVER return here again and if it weren’t for Middletown being my main store this whole experience had me very close to switching carriers

I purchased a galaxy fip phone a year ago from the Hazlet T-Mobile store. Over the year, a worker Jenn helped me with problems adjusting to the new phone. Finally, she recommended I get a replacement phone as the phone had a damaged screen. I ordered the new phone and forgot my pin. Her and her manager spent over a half an hour helping me restore my phone after my info was wiped out. I really appreciated her concern and assistance over the year. Thank you!!! Debbie

T mobile itself is great. I went to this particular location to get a new phone and specifically said I did not want a protection plan. But the sales guy added one anyway. I wish I could remember his name so I can specifically mention it. But yeah, definitely check your bill after making a purchase at this location.

Just went into this store and dealt with Anthony “over 5 year veteran” to try to get my phone fixed. The screen was not working and as soon as he had the slightest thought that it was “water damage” nice Anthony was gone and in came the real him. He stated there was “water damage” on my phone because there was condensation on the camera lens and from there it only got worse. He then refused to let me finish a sentence and spoke over me for the remainder of the visit, when I asked for him to call for further help he started flaring his arms around like a child and saying “you’re wasting our time” at the same time yelling out “Jesus Christ” Anthony was the least helpful T-Mobile representative I’ve ever dealt with. Not until he was on the phone with another representative did he even look into my account. Horrible experience

Was greeted as soon as we walked in we were helped within 10 mins once one of the sales men were free very friendly answered all questions I went there for only the 5g home gateway internet which has been great and also changed from Verizon prepaid paying $90 for two phones and now I'm paying $197 for 3 phones a kids sync up watch and internet couldn't ask for better deal only thing I paid for was taxes n for the phone accessories. Definitely recommend T-Mobile also see Eddie at the hazlet location very friendly

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the purchase I made for a phone at T-Mobil, I changed my plan with my previous phone company and came to T-Mobil hoping I would get a better plan and phone. Two weeks after changing plans and getting my new phone I left for my vacation out of the country and a couple of days after getting there the phone froze and stopped working. No matter how much i tried to get the phone to work i was unable to have that happen. I returned to the U:S and took the phone back to the store where the staff was EXCELLENT . Alfonzo a staff member and Mario were very very accommodating. Alfonzo did everything he could to assist with the phone turning on. NOTHING worked so it was sent back to be replaced since by this time it was just about two and a half weeks of having this phone. I received a replacement for the newly purchased difunctional phone only to realize the replacement phone was a REFRUBRISHED phone NOT a NEW phone the was suppose to replace the NEW phone I originally purchased with my plan. I am in total disbelief that I would be so disrespected to be sent back a USED REFRUBRISHED phone to replace a difunctional NEW phone. The replacement phone did not come back packaged in the sealed manufacturer's box, It came in a T-Mobile packaged box , it did not have a charger for the phone, did not have the pin that is used for opening up the sim card locator and NO MANUAL OR INFORMATION for use . This is UNBELIEVABLE . I feel totally disrespected and wonder if it was a wise decision I made by changing phone companies. I have never had this happen to me before by any other telephone company. I wanted to try T-Mobile for the first time but I have to say I am vey very disappointed with the product and feels very disrespected by T-Mobile that they would do such an inconsiderate thing by replacing a NEWLY bought phone that was totally difunctional and replaced it with a USE REFRUBRISHED phone. T-Mobile I did not expect this, I came to you with good faith that I was making a good decision but you have disappointed me tremendously. The staff at the Hazlet NJ store were wonderful. Alfonzo is very very very patient and Mario was very patient as well. I am however very disappointed on the product I have been sold and the one that replaced it.

The people in this location are so helpful. You're always greeted immediately and told when someone will be with you. It's amazing to be able to get help from a human being when you want to add a line or get a new device.
