Had account closed day after Christmas due to fraud activity I was told. Didn't explain how or what fraud was or activity. Just that they are closing account and I have to wait for them to do this to then get a check eventually in mail. They couldn't even give me time frame. Don't recommend banking at TD unless you like your hard earned money kept by bank with no explanation as to why and no idea of when all your money will be sent back to you.

Stay away from this bank. My transaction at the drive through was REFUSED yesterday. I am horrified. The female chinese/oriental lady at the drive through window Josephine was impatient and rude. My Pin would not take so I offered my drivers license and TD Bank card and all and any helpful info. I was abruptly told "We don't take drivers licenses' sorry that is our policy. Unbelievable! I asked what will help she just replied "thats our policy" as a robot who was not interested in being helpful. I asked for a supervisor and she completely ignored me and went to next customer as if I didn't even exist. There was only one other car there. I called and left a message to speak to a supervisor and she did return my call she was nice and apologetic, however she said " We do not refuse transactions" I said but you guys did yesterday. It happened. Look at your camera peeps! They DID REFUSE they just reply we don't refuse like a preprogrammed robot. The Department of Banking and Insurance is getting a complaint.

They do not even acknowledge that you are in the building and waiting in line. The people who work at the desks do not even seem to take into consideration that there is a long line in their location, and even acknowledge the line to let them know they see you. Everyone who worked there kept their head down and would not pick it up to even look at anyone. When I was in the bank this past Saturday and waited for 20 minutes to be served, I noticed the sign that asked for feedback, and the feedback I gave to the teller behind the counter, was to look behind him and remove the sign that says America’s most convenient bank.

I visit the lobby maybe 2 or 3 times a year to get gift cards and have zero complaints. My rating is due to the ATM...it's always broken. Every time I need to get cash it's out of order, out of cash, or, in the rare event it's operational, it will eat my debit card. Please, whomever runs this location, just replace the equipment already. This has been going on years but today was my breaking point which prompted this review.
