“I went to Pep Boys in Hazlet with a nail in my tire. Chris was incredibly helpful. He explained the best and worst case scenarios before removing the nail. He set clear expectations about the options and cost of a new tire if I needed one. He was friendly, patient, and did a great job easing my frustration.
Thankfully, the nail didn’t puncture the tire, so I didn’t need a new one. But if I had, I would have fell completely comfortable, giving Chris the sale. Great customer service!”
