“Was not near my normal cigar shop stopped in on Friday 8/8 and purchased a cohiba black in the glass tube the woman behind the counter was so helpful she got me the cigar my walking is limited I use a cane I also let her know that I needed it cut and matches I didn’t have any of my cigar stuff with me she said no problem cut.my cigar for me and gave me matches just a pleasant young lady if you are the boss please recognize her thanks again I will stop again when in the area”

“I want to recognize driver Carmelo who went above and beyond today with a delivery to my home.
He arrived before I got to my home and was kind enough to wait 10 to 15 minutes for me to arrive.
During our telephone conversation he told me to take my time and he would wait with no problem at all.
Certainly not the norm.
Someone else making a delivery from whatever company and for whatever reason would have probably thrown the package over the fence when learning that I wasn’t going to be home for about 15 minutes then drive on.
Please compliment Carmelo on his customer service and maybe give him a bottle for the holiday.

“I absolutely love this place. I come by here every week and never had a problem at all. Great staff very helpful and the owner is the best! He is very knowledgeable and always has great recommendations! The place may be slightly more expensive than your general alchohol superstore but personally I would much rather spend just a little extra to help a small local business. Has a great craft beer selection that is always different every month when he restocks. Also the owner will order things for you and stock it if you ask! Great store. I highly recommend visiting!”

The employee on staff was friendly and helpful while I was browsing the humidor. The prices are comparable to Staten Island's other cigar shops and (once you factor in shipping costs) comparable to websites like Cigar International. Even if the prices were a bit higher than online, it's important to support local small business. If you're in the neighborhood, pop in and check them out.”
