My prescription was sent to this store. I received message saying all three were ready for pick up. My husband went to get them and 1 wasn’t available. The clerk says the med wasn’t available anywhere near us. My husband called Walgreens up the street on rt 36. They had me and filed for us and transferred all the prescriptions there. Your other store HAD it. Why would you say that, just horrible, when you’re sick.

Automated system is a nightmare. Just have a simple question about availability for pcr testing and the system will not patch you through to a lice representative. Complete waste of time and not at all user friendly

Overall the staffs there are nice and helpful. especially the pharmacy staff. but there is one lady who took photo for my son is so unprofessional. Very impatient and are not helpful.

I was the next in line, there were no other consumers except the woman paying at the register. She finally completed the transaction while carrying on her conversation with the cashier. Although I had nothing to purchase in my hands I needed something behind the register. Both cashier and customer looked at me more than once through their chat. I asked if they could finish and the verbosa continued. I stormed out without my expected purchase and future consumers will pay the price for this so very trivial chitchat, I'm sure in the future. Changes will be made.

Bought an item in Walgreens marlboro NJ and tried to return it the next day in walgreens hazlet with a valid receipt. Hazlet wont give a refund because I used a credit card! The item was not final sale either. I guess business is so bad they cant return $24.

If your looking for a place that maintains a 97% average of habitually screwing things up, this is for you, they dont disapoint. You can even call a few days in advanced to confirm, only to have some excuse as to why its not ready, not in stock, counts off … plenty of diversity for an overwhelming experience

Since George left the Pharmacy it has been a complete chaotic episode.... I called the store to question why the pharmacy closes on a Wednesday for no reason...The manager says never happened..lie! I was there and sign said go to store on highway #36 for help, by the way Walgreens pharmacy on highway 36 was amazing to me. I ask now why new sign in window closed on Sat and Sun is up..Manager says that's been there since December...lie!! It has not. I'm on quite a few needed medications and to have this much inconsistency is a complete disregard for the customer. This isn't the first time in a few months now they are closed early or just not open. It's been a long time at this facility but now changing to 36 walgreens. They have their stuff together. It's sad been at this store since Drug Fair.As for the manager she did nothing but make excuses, changetd it back to my issue, and correct me with absolute lies that customers were notified. The young man prior to her getting on the phone should be the manager. He has a great attitude. Anyone know his name tell him GREAT JOB...HE KNOWS HIS STUFF

Horrible staff in the pharmacy!! They did not verify my information, dob , address etc. Absolutely no concern at all when I questioned them about it . Never asked me if I have any questions about this new medication. Horrible talking about people in the drive thru etc. people really need to step it up in that department or get a new line of Work. So unprofessional .. I wish I could give zero stars. !!!

After having an awful experience at cvs with a Covid test. I came here for one and let me say what a difference! I came to the drive-thru and the lady was super friendly and explained everything toMe . we even had some laughs and just made the experience very pleasant. The way she explained everything was so professional and she genuinely cared. I wish I remembered her name I'm so sorry, but I was in and out of there within 7 mins. Such great customer service!!!
