I had another storage who's code didn't work on the day I was moving. I called Storage Sense and the kind woman helped me obtain a unit that day! I would have been stuck with movers and all my belongings if it wasn't for Storage Sense. I am forever grateful.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I do not recommend it!! Not only do they not have gates, anyone can come in front of the castle and take whatever they want. They do not have video surveillance. And also you will never see the managers and will not be able to call their office. They will immediately block you at the first opportunity.

During working hours! There is not a single employee, neither in the office nor on location.
They prefer not to answer calls and do not listen to voice messages. I strongly do not recommend this location.
It is unclear where the employee is during working hours.

I'm in the storage place unable to find my unit as no such number seems to exist. I just rented today, my van is full and no one is in the office!!!! Bad first impression

I had reserved a unit online. I went in to get my unit, but no one was there. I called and no one answered. There's no security gate, so anyone could drive up with bolt cutters and cut your lock off. I peeked in the window, there was trash everywhere, one small table with a laptop on it, nothing else. Very sketchy. I canceled my reservation

It couldn't be easier to get the unit you need in the correct size with just a few strokes of the keyboard! What I especially love about this place is that there's no locked gate at the driveway to have to deal with before getting to your unit. Easy, easy, easy! The locks on the storage units are also provided so no trip to the store to get a lock. You can get into a unit in minutes after you complete your application. My unit was very clean and ready to go when I opened it for the first time. The location is perfect for me too! I'm extremely happy with this whole experience!

I used this storage facility for a few months, there was never anyone there bc they are based out of Paoli. I could only go during the day bc a couple times I did go at night I was uncomfortable bc homeless ppl was living in the storage unit. I tried to call and never received a call back. The place had trash from other tenants and it seemed to only get cleaned up once a month. That looks trashy! The only time they reached out to me was for payment and at that point I knew they didn’t care. It’s about the money, maybe they should not have a facility if they can’t maintain the property and care about the units on a daily basis!
