“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”
“Best post office I've ever been to. They have the supplies that smaller branches don't (like poster boxes). And the staff is extremely helpful. They even offer to use their tape - something that is generally taboo at USPS”

“Love our small USPS. My mail and packages always delivered on time, thanks to Michelle. Also glad to have Greeting Cards. I went yesterday to mail a card and realized I did not have it in my purse, so I just bought one from there and mailed it. Annette is always helpful and friendly. Thank you.”

i guess they delayed mailing, but i was very convinced it was thrown out because the letters referred to below were dropped off at post office but she had received the letter i put in my mailbox. I’m very sorry Usps. Thank you…

First review I’ve ever made, and I am only doing it because the service was that terrible. Horrible phone experience. They threw away a letter that took me 3-4 hours to make for my gf. Don’t have time to go during their horrible business hours. I tried calling them to fix a mistake I made and waited for 45min on hold until it randomly hung up on me. Worst service i have experienced in my LIFE. Don’t believe i will ever use USPS again. They need to get ts fixed asap. Horrible service overall. if i could give 0 stars. I would. Threw out a very very very sentimentally valuable and un-replaceable letter. 0/5.”
“The most welcoming place in Vernon. We've had to pickup most of our packages here over the last year. Of all the lovely places we frequent in town, I have always felt most welcome here! Worked in customer service my whole life so I must shoutout the wonderful service I've received here without fail. Thank you”
