They put the gel on my skin and cuticle then filed around it?? I’ve never had that done in that way before it was unsettling to have the drill so close to my skin. Then when I said it was on my skin he said it was supposed to be that way? Now my nails are lifting (because they were never sealed to my actual nail). Unsafe because water is 100% going in there, some have popped off. Never coming back- and I had to get these nails taken off!

I had a terrible experience at this salon during my first visit. I went in to get a soak-off for my acrylic nails, but I left with my natural nails feeling paper-thin, painful and on the verge of breaking. The lady working on my nails aggressively filed my nails and kept saying there was still a lot of acrylic, even though I was never informed of the proper removal process since it was my first time getting acrylics taken off. My nails, especially on my toes are very sore and sensitive now. When I contacted the salon to express my concerns, they became rude and blamed me for the issue. They refused to refund me, claiming the technician had already worked on me for an hour. Initially, my nails felt fine, but after I got home, they became extremely weak, bendy, and thin. When I brought this up, the staff member even cursed at me and told me to be quiet, saying it was all my fault. I’m extremely disappointed and stuck with damaged nails. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before going here.

This place is THE WORST, they thinned out the nails so bad , IT HURTS. I can literally see the skin under it. IN SO MUCH PAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING. when asked for a refund they cursed at me and BLAMED ME. i do not recommend at all, 1-5 stars and i will tell everyone i know that this is the worst place possible to go to.

I absolutely love this nail salon I've been going here since I moved into town Corey and his co-workers are awesome very nice very sweet the prices are very good here in the different payment methods are super helpful

They allow walk ins any day for any service. Ask for Kim (nail designs in photos), Lin or Phillips. Quick service with talented people. Everyone is always having a good time here; I have nothing but nice words to say about my visits.

I get my nails done here because it’s convenient and close to home. I spend a lot of money on manicures and pedicures but the finish is always messy and not to my liking. My nails have been coming out horribly lately. I posted a few images because it’s unacceptable that someone can pay so much money and it looks like a kid did them. I’m am completely unsatisfied with how my nails has been treated and the health of my nail. I leave with residue all around my nails and fingers. Unacceptable!!!
Update: This salon is horrible. I gave them a try again and they are just careless now. They do the messiest job. I wanted a white gel set for my vacation and I can’t believe how my nails turned out. Ruined my trip. I will never go to Phil again. This place is horrible!!!!

Never coming back, it took them 2 and half hours to do a pedicure. And what is this French? This lady I believe is the owner and she is extremely rude. Do not come here. Terrible service.

The worst place most disgusting place. Terrible customer service they don’t clean I saw the lady who finished doing a manicure just rinse the bowl with water just splashed it and on to the next. Barbcide anybody knows in the cosmetology industry knows how critical it is to have barbcide for implements. Not one barbcide in site. The nail files are white from how much they have been used. Their implements are rinsed with water only. I’ve been going to bloom since 2017 and every single time I go they treat me different. They offer Zelle payments the owner who sits right by the register held me hostage because she wasn’t receiving my Zelle after I showed her it was out of my bank account. She refused to let me leave until she called her bank to confirm the money was there. Today I went in and noticed a customer didn’t have cash for the cash discount and was able to leave the establishment without pay. Everyone should be treated right. I wanted a full set down and asked about the wait time she said not long just doing one manicure about 3-4 people went in front of me and they brushed me off. Save your money and time. The lady in the photo is the rude one and I believe she is the owner as well dirty establishment.

I had an amazing experience here! I went on a weekday morning and only had to wait about 20 minutes. Koi did my nails and he did a fantastic job! Everyone was very nice, I will definitely be back.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. They are extremely clean and very talented! I have never had a bad service here, in 7 years! They care for your nails, and tell you when it’s time to take a break from gel or acrylic. Their pedicures are so relaxing. I never felt rushed here always feel great leaving! Thank you, Phil & Kim!
